RiKu HOTEL Reutlingen

I was there for 3 days as part of a professional stay.Very attractive furnishings and the room had everything you needed.Breakfast was varied and coffee specialties were available.The hotel is very centrally located at the train station (3 minutes) and you can also quickly reach a shopping street (10 minutes).

I am a regular business guest at RiKu Reutlingen. I can only report positive things and recommend 100%.

Great chain, modern rooms, spacious bathroom. Rich breakfast selection, 1 minute to the train station, 5 minutes to the pedestrian zone. Any time.

Good location, nice rooms, unfortunately the walls are much too thin (trust me, you don't want to hear that!) - no matter - please read the long recession with a smile - I'll still give it 4 stars - but there's room for improvement here.To say the least, the WLAN is not really available - I measured it - I didn't even know that there was still 3000 DSL?!? To be honest, it's not enough for anything today!If Telekom were to set up a sector for the hotel, you could simply surf on 5G - but the hotel has poor or no coverage in both major German networks (despite the 4th floor).. not the hotel's fault - it should But you know because you can hardly make phone calls.But if the hotel opened the WiFi you could at least make WiFi calls!?Breakfast was very good and deserves 5 stars.Poor to no parking options (the hotel apparently gave the small parking lot to someone else for €12 per night). The €12.- is collected immediately upon check (bill for it on the credit card, from RiKu Hotels?!?) - what you are not told actively and without asking is that there is a cooperation with Media Markt - diagonally opposite. Take a ticket - it will then be exchanged at reception (probably costing the hotel money).E-gas stations in front of the hotel are occupied by non-E-cars (probably the ones that weren't told that by Media Markt 😉) - one day the private security company gave a €30 ticket for this - not today, for example although all 5 places were blocked (well, it was Sunday).Here is information for the operator of the e-charging places. Entry fee, €1.14. KW price 39.77 ct / kw. Max charging speed 22kW - max parking time 4 hours. Otherwise for longer blocking max €12.- blocking fee!? Honestly, when exactly should I charge now? Overnight parking is possible but then it costs €24.- plus electricity - that means getting up early in the morning so that the 90kw battery is charged by the time you check out at 11 a.m.? Shit, it's not possible to park there, even if they don't drive electric cars...?!? It's a good thing that there are EnBW fast wires in Föhrerstr.No offense 😉 - we'll be back and look forward to improvements.

We really enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and personable. The room was very well furnished and we felt comfortable. I am only too happy to recommend this hotel! Thank you

Lovely hotel|Close to the train station, city centre and restaurants. |Clean, good sized rooms, big windows. |Although it’s next to the train station it’s very quiet, so soundproofing has been done right. |Will be going back to Reutlingen next week and will stay here again. |Nice and safe, definitely recommend.

The hotel is tidy, the rooms are nice. The parking situation is catastrophic. This has to be paid for but is not secured in any way. Anyone can come and go. There is even a charging station, but normal cars are also parked there, even where parking is not allowed and there are two parking spaces, completely unabashedly. The staff watches and doesn't care.

Comfortable hotel, nice design. Not sure about eco credentials being followed... It says that you can hang towels so that they are not changed during room service, but they were changed anyway.

Location and rooms are great! We had a few problems with the TV but whatever. Staff was polite. The disadvantage is that you have to pay a fair parking fee. However, there is enough space for parking spaces, as the Mediamarkt parking lot can also be used. However, the costs for a coffee or something else are very high.As a parking TIP: If the parking spaces at Riku are full, drive to the parking deck at the Mediamarkt opposite and get a parking ticket at the barrier there. You then take it to the reception and after paying the fee they will give you a new piece of paper that you can then take in when you drive out!
