Excellent stay. Pension with great infrastructure. I stayed in room 2 for one night. Great single bed, bathroom and shower work very well. Great for sleeping, where silence prevails outside as there are no shops nearby and no trains pass near the guesthouse. I recommend.

Clean, tidy, parking space for a delivery car, bed linen changed once a week with towels, good location, gas station (ATM) 200 meters from the hotel, good access to the highway. Unfortunately, there is no washing machine, I would be happy to pay for the laundry, and there is no thermostat to control the temperature. It's warm, sometimes hot. Nice kitchen with a large fridge.

I lived in the Pension Bianca for almost 1 1/2 years due to project work. Here is my long-term experience:The guesthouse is quite large and offers various accommodation options from a normal one bed room (with shared bathroom & kitchen) to a double room (also for single people) with its own bathroom & kitchen (small oven and refrigerator).Personally, I had the latter and the accommodation was permanently paid for by my company.I lived on the ground floor where no one else lived and it was always quiet because of what felt like a 5-7 cm security door at the end of the hallway.I've also noticed that not everyone has this "luxury" and that it can get a little louder in other parts of the building (everyone has their own taste as to what they find annoying or quiet, let's just say at this point). The landlady was or was always very friendly and you could talk about anything if you had anything. The guesthouse is very clean and well maintained both inside and out, as it is cleaned every day and the room is vacuumed and the bathroom is freshly cleaned every 2-3 days.I think the shared bathroom is cleaned every day, but I don't know for sure since I had my own bathroom. At the time of my review, the satellite images from Google Maps are still quite old, i.e.1. There are now many more parking spaces available in front of the guesthouse, as the trees in front of it have been felled and the area has been paved. In total, the guesthouse offers space for up to 10 vehicles in my opinion (untalented parkers excluded)2.There is no longer any floor space behind the guesthouse, but a new company hall. This is interesting in that you should know that at around 6:00 in the morning the vans are idling and being loaded and making a bit of noise. This is (un)interesting for everyone depending on when you have to get up or how deeply you sleep.I am aware that the pension cannot do anything about this or do anything about it, but I think it is important to mention this fact at this point.Personally, I didn't think it was a problem as I always sleep soundly and have to get up early anyway. However, I would recommend not tilting the window at night as the noise level increases significantly. Now to my negative experiences, first of all I never complained about it, I don't know if it's like that in all rooms, but it was like that for me.1. The heating in my room cannot be adjusted by myself. I can't even adjust the temperature. Sometimes it's freezing because everything is off, sometimes the heating is blaring like crazy and you feel like you're in a sauna.2.The internet speed & internet presence. There are 2 different Wi-Fis in the house, I was only able to access one of the two downstairs and that was only thanks to the repeater in the hallway in front of my room.In short, for those who aren't particularly enthusiastic about technology, the repeater can pick up a signal (from the router) and then send it on from its location, but the signal is max. only as strong as he received it, in short the WiFi is getting weaker and weaker due to the many walls it has to go through. If you use the Internet during the day, everything is fine, but as soon as everyone is using the Internet in the evening, you can hardly use it or not at all.Personally, I bought a router with a SIM card from Telekom with a contract for 2 years (the promotion included 100 GB free every month in addition to the 100 GB booked, so a total of 200 GB per month) and this was plenty for me.As I said, on the one hand it may be my own fault that I didn't communicate more, on the other hand I think that certain things have to be right from the start at certain prices. So overall 4 out of 5 stars from me.
