Excellent little hotel in the industrial area. The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. In particular, the bar tender is awesome and knows his job. He quickly takes the orders without bordering, and even takes care on little details, such as the perfect foam on the beer. Besides that his cocktails are extraordinary.

I didn't have high expectations and I was still disappointed. As soon as we arrived, the Hotel Rilano seemed a bit dubious with its pink “HOTEL” neon sign, but the reception and breakfast area made a reasonable impression.Everything here seems reasonably modern, chic and clean. Unfortunately, the rooms quickly disappointed. The carpet was full of stains, a slight musty smell and plastic curtains. In the bathroom the impression became even clearer. Apart from the general design, the toilet here shocked me. Yellow, brownish in color and covered in limestone, it screams of years of neglect. The colleagues who traveled with us reported similar conditions, as well as silver fish and rusty pipes that greeted us with brown water.On the last morning I had no electricity in the entire room. After speaking to reception, I was told "there's nothing we can do about that. The technician won't be there until 10 a.m." Perfect... for me that meant showering in the light of my smartphone and wet hair.Only the room service could leave a positive impression, as did the friendly staff at breakfast.Based on the photos, I suspect that there may be a new construction phase in the hotel that looks much more appealing. But for me it's a fraudulent label when you're sent to a flophouse for the same price.Overall, the Hotel Rilano ends up on my NoGo list for future stays and so I won't find out whether another, "normal" construction phase with better rooms exists.

Unfortunately I'm a little disappointed. The rooms are very noisy and you can hear every little cough. The beds are a bit hard, although that's a matter of taste. TV is tiny, even if I don't need it. WiFi didn't work. The ventilation runs all night and cannot be switched off or was switched off.Positive: friendly and always available staff, free coffee in the foyer/lounge. Good shopping opportunities.Breakfast is okay, coffee is tasty. The food is not particularly varied and the selection is very clear for vegetarians.Cleanliness is okay so far.The worst and most embarrassing thing, however, was the fitness room, consisting of a worn-out yoga mat in a shabby room. There was also a CrossFit machine from the 80s that was extremely unstable and a fitness bike that was extremely loud and also unstable.Even the staff found it visibly uncomfortable to go there, as you only have access through the staff, you can't get in on your own.The sauna was reported to me as defective and out of order, but after curious testing on my part, it worked perfectly, as did the showers. Presumably austerity measures to reduce costs.Maybe you shouldn't expect much.The location is quiet and there is little traffic.

I booked this hotel for a business trip.Unfortunately, the photos with the pool on them are very old and do not correspond to reality. There is no pool.The rooms are very large and it was clean. However, very warm in summer at 30 degrees.The breakfast was good and you could always get free tea and coffee. That was very pleasant.My room looked like furniture was missing. My colleague had a room with a fridge and unfortunately I didn't. Even though we had booked the same thing.Unfortunately WiFi didn't work for me.The hotel is located in an industrial area and it doesn't look particularly nice there.Otherwise the staff was always nice and friendly.Next time I would book a different hotel because I don't think the price matches the comfort.

A perfect hotel for one or two nights. Very attentive and friendly staff. Very clean rooms and silence to rest. I would return without hesitation. Very large parking next to the hotel. Very quiet terrace to have a coffee or drink. Beautiful

Location in an industrial area. Outdoor area very unkempt. Tiles in the entrance area chipped. Green spaces become overgrown. Room not clean, furniture very dirty. Tiles on the floor in the bathroom were chipped. Ceiling and walls of the ventilation system with dust deposits. The system cannot be switched off either, so it rattles all night long. Staff in the restaurant and at the reception seemed listless and were not skilled. The quality of the dinner and service in the restaurant was not good. Breakfast was good. In summary: unfortunately not recommended.

Several things that were very disappointing:This hotel was purchased through SAVE WITH TRAVEL! booked.2 nights including breakfast, a welcome cocktail and a meal (cheese spaetzle or vitello tonnato)Hotel is in the middle of an industrial area, not a nice view. On one side a warehouse, on the other side a "burned out" furniture store. The picture on the booking documents does not correspond to the truth, but rather shows the neighboring hotel.When we arrived on Friday, our booking could not be found (despite having a booking number). Luckily the hotel wasn't fully booked. The friendly ladies at reception were able to assign us a room.When we arrived we found out that there wasn't actually a kitchen open on Fridays, but that we would still get our "free" meal. The cheese spaetzle we ordered was dried out, lukewarm and didn't taste like Swabia. Unfortunately, more than half went back. Very, very unfortunate. We had to ask if we could get something to drink, the service in the evening was very bad. For this reason we skipped the welcome cocktail. We were able to offset our “cyclists” with this.The rooms are a little shabby but clean. Bed very comfortable.The breakfast in the morning is very rich and tasty, on Saturday morning the service wasn't really good like the night before,On Sundays it was much better, used plates were cleared away very quickly, tables were washed and you got a friendly good morning. None of this was available on Saturdays.So if you are looking for a hotel ONLY to sleep and want to have a good breakfast, this is the right place for you. Neither more nor less.For relaxation we can absolutely recommend the thermal baths in Böblingen, this was also the reason for the trip and was included in the price (€30).

At this address there are two hotels with different names (Ana and Rilano) with a common reception. Currently, the hotel operates under the name Rilano. The room is quite spacious, but to the naked eye it can be seen "eaten" by time. Decent bathroom with large shower. The hotel definitely makes up for its service with nice, friendly, very helpful staff. A good, rich and varied breakfast buffet. Drinks and snacks can be purchased at the reception. Free coffee in the lobby!!! Convenient location, quick access to the highway. There is a small shopping center with a Chinese restaurant nearby.

The Rilano Hotel also offers meal vouchers from too-good-to-go from the breakfast buffet. The following review ONLY applies to the pickup of a breakfast item that was sent via too-good-to-go:Anyone who goes here expecting to get ingredients with which they can prepare breakfast will be suddenly disappointed.Apparently you get the contents of a one liter box that you bring with you per voucher. The description says something about “delicacies from the breakfast buffet” and max. 1 liter. The term “deliciousness” is of course relative:There was no cold cuts. Neither sausage, cheese, fish nor anything else that you can top your roll/bread with. Instead there were: greasy sausages, burnt bacon, instant scrambled eggs, pancakes, greasy mushrooms, mushy potatoes, hard-boiled eggs.I bought two (!) breakfast vouchers from too-good-to-go. In terms of quantity, I didn't even come close to two liters. I was no longer allowed to take hard-boiled eggs with me.Maybe I have the wrong expectations. No, I didn't expect any caviar or salmon trout.To be honest, I was more than surprised that there is no longer any cold cuts - and no cold cuts at all. I think you can expect that at breakfast. Then you wonder what they do with the cold cuts that are probably left over. Will it be sent back to the customer the next day?At the end I was allowed to take 3 to (!) 4 rolls with me, “since they were part of it”. There was nothing about rolls in the description, but there is actually a separate voucher.So: not recommended and disappointing. Quantity and quality have absolutely no relation to the price paid. I will definitely not buy a too-good-to-go voucher here again.If I look at the greasy sausages and the instant scrambled eggs, which didn't taste good even when warmed up, I will also refrain from having breakfast here. Without knowing how much this costs.
