What a lovely guesthouse. We were lucky enough to get a double room (No. 10) with breakfast during the autumn holidays and were very surprised at how well we found it. Everything to our satisfaction. And first of all the close, beautiful view and location to the lake. The pictures say it all. Unfortunately, the rooms are not cleaned or towels changed during the stay. So maybe bring your own cleaning supplies.

We were visiting with our dogs and got the holiday apartment quite spontaneously. It was nice and big and well equipped.The lighting was rather poor and the balcony could only be accessed by the brave ones (the wood gave way a lot)We were also allowed to test one room on the last nightThat was a different house numberLighting again very badBathroom was very, very small and everything was quite old and unclean, it also smelled of urineTowels smelled mustyThe location is very niceThe family very friendlyParking available, but you should be able to park

I would like to give even more well-deserved stars for the service. The Huber family, you are really good, always helpful and warm hosts. The bread roll service, as well as the chilled drinks and the ice chest are definitely worth mentioning, but the barbecue evening for us house guests was great - thank you very much! Furthermore, the location by the lake is fantastic, which is exactly what we hoped for. The holiday apartment is not fancy, but it is clean. Living room (walk-through room) rather small - bedroom and bathroom large. Great balcony. The garden with a hut for bicycles is great, especially for families with children, because they can play here on all kinds of vehicles, trampolines and swings. Many thanks to the Huber family, we would love to spend our vacation at the Moarhof again.

Accommodation, breakfast all in all highly recommended. Great for children as it has a large garden, play equipment, trampoline etc.You can also use the guest kitchen for cooking. Nice and clean family room and very good location and view. Large selection of chilled drinks on site with very humane prices.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. It was like coming "home" every day. Breakfast served, the family host was so wonderful, the room was comfortable. It was incredible. Unfortunately, I didn't take many pictures of the actual house.

Spent five lovely days at the Moarshof guesthouse in Schwangau. Good location from which the surrounding area is easily accessible. The simple apartment was very large for two people. Price-performance ratio is perfect! The balcony is great, with a view of Neu Schwanstein. Very friendly owner family who always had good tips. Booking process very straightforward.All in all a very nice short vacation.Particularly suitable for traveling with dogs. But you also have to be aware of this as a non-dog traveler.

We found it very good at the Moarhof.The location is great, the bus stop is directly opposite, you can reach everything on foot or by bus. It was also very nice for the children (they immediately became friends with the children there). We say thank you and definitely see you next year

We have been to the Gasthof Moarhof a few times. The rooms are simple but clean and functionally furnished. We had a great view of the Tegelberg from the balcony.We thought it was great that you could buy cheap (chilled) drinks in the house.The great location (a few minutes walk to Forggensee) is unbeatable.We'll be back.

The price-performance ratio is right. Plus points: you can get cheap drinks from the place, the location is great. You can reach everything on foot (if you like hiking). The rooms - not luxury but clean. It is a village guesthouse. I was satisfied.
