Lovely location near a park and swimming lake. Room basic with no air conditioning or kettle but comfortable. Breakfast was great. I left some things behind and they posted them to me very quickly. We checked out a day early with no notice and they only charged 50%. Very happy with service.

The location is good, but unfortunately we had a cockroach in the room and the shower was clogged. The next morning the owner tried to convince us that they were beetles.

Not suitable for bike tourers… we had to wait soaking wet for an hour before they agreed to let us into the cafe. The bikes had to be left unguarded outside in a littered parking lot behind the hotel. There was a socket on the extension cable for chargers, but it was also outside and therefore unusable in the rain. The hit: the hotel cannot be reached by phone!!! We couldn't clarify the bike situation in advance otherwise we would have rebooked. And the hotel manager was also annoyed… The furnishings were outdated and the breakfast buffet was partly out of the box. Never again!!!Addition on July 17th. after the hotel's answer: That's an impudence, but it shows ignorance when you tell the guest to their face when checking out that they should book somewhere else and they can't be reached by phone in advance... where is there something like that that a " Parkthotel" doesn't have a telephone??? Lord, let brains rain from heaven, a lot would be needed there!

Nice welcome, house a bit outdated, unfortunately no dinner, we were sent into town to eat, unfortunately only bottled beer, no mineral water in the room either, so definitely bring drinks with you and that's not possible at €140 per night , Parking fees €5 per day in public parking lots, including Sundays. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and breakfast was OK, including tomatoes, cucumbers, radish and everything else. The small dog was allowed with us for €11, tourist tax €5 per night and person. WiFi and TV work well. Sink fitting very loose otherwise everything was good in the bathroom. Balcony very small with only 1 chair but the view of the garden wasn't great either, it was more of a jungle. Conclusion: I don't want to go there anymore.

Never again, rude owner who also provides service at the same time. When asked whether there was bread or rolls without wheat flour at the mediocre breakfast buffet, he said that he didn't know. When I asked further whether the kitchen staff might know, he said in an aggressive tone no, it wasn't a star hotel and then everything would be made with wheat flour. An appearance and outrageous tone are second to none. When he pointed out that he was already answering rudely, he became even worse. Then there was screaming in the kitchen. We asked later if he could get anything for the next few days and the answer was no. We then went to breakfast the next day with our own rolls and on the last day we didn't feel like it anymore.Reception is closed from 6 p.m. although the internet says until 9 p.m. You can only park in public spaces.Rooms are clean but old and worn out. Have better times behind them.Owner walks around in an elevator in the hotel, incongruous and unbelievable.It's a complete rip-off and disgraceful.This hotel is one of the worst hotels I have visited and I have visited many over the years.We will not enter this hotel again

Positive: very clean, friendly staff, good location.Barrier-free.Negative: Breakfast could be better, rolls aren't really good, as if they were baked, had the feeling that nothing was added to the buffet after 9 a.m. No fresh water dispenser in the hotel.Parking spaces in front of the hotel are subject to a fee.Room furnishings very dark, only a small window (Room 63), very small refrigerator, fan in the bathroom (without window) doesn't work, only 5 hangers in the wardrobe, only one room key per room, which is a problem when there are two of you and sometimes want to do something separately.

A nice hotel, quietly located with a view of the park and mountains. We were greeted nicely by the receptionist and shown the room. This one, located on the 3rd floor, with a balcony and a great view, is really nice. In hindsight, this hotel is more of an illusion than it is!!!!!In our opinion, the breakfast is rather unspectacular, vending machine coffee, scrambled eggs with no taste, baked rolls, cheap sausage/cheese etc. We have often had THAT much better.The problem: If you want to complain about something after 6 p.m., there are no staff on site.Empty batteries in the TV remote control e.g.!!! Went to reception around 7 p.m. to describe the problem.Unfortunately it was no longer occupied. Since there was someone else in the kitchen, but they didn't hear my knock because music was playing loudly there, I went out (about 3m along a "private path" where the kitchen window is). The employee knocked on the door and came out of the front of the house and shouted at me about what I would think of entering the "private path". After he let out his frustration loudly and didn't care at all that I was a guest in this hotel and had a SMALL problem, he closed the door behind him without a word.It's an absolute disgrace to shout at a hotel guest like that and leave him standing there. I don't know what this person's role is, but hospitality is different.Normally we would have left the hotel after this action...*We bought batteries in the supermarket and will take them back with us. Normally not our style🤦🏻♂️ Room 69 by the way!!!!P.S. The very nice lady who showed us the room gets 10 out of 10 stars!!!!We will definitely not recommend this hotel.Addendum to your answer:This answer shows how they treat a guest even after the fact. Why should I spread lies? I personally don't have any of that. Batteries were definitely NOT replaced because I didn't even get around to giving my room number.... Absolutely unprofessional!!!!It's good that you don't need to recommend me to others... Every additional sentence written would be a waste of your life.

The furniture is dark and appears to be a bit older. Therefore the whole room seems dark - therefore 1 point deducted. However, I personally think it fits the area. Otherwise everything was clean, nice view of a small garden, which unfortunately cannot be entered. The breakfast was very good, good selection and the staff was very friendly.The location: in just a few minutes you can walk to the center of Füssen.

We had arranged check-in between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. When we arrived, the reception was only open until 6 p.m. No message had been sent to us or anything. At some point a very unkempt and drunk guy appeared out of NOWHERE. I thought there was no room reserved/used for us. When we showed him our booking, he still denied it and threatened us out of the hotel. That's not possible and we also think that this hotel is NOT recommended

The room was very tidy and clean, despite the carpet. The bed was super fresh. A bit old-fashioned overall, but it looks like a stately villa. Overall, some require craftsmanship, but still beautiful.

Even though I have not yet been a guest at this hotel, I feel compelled to give such a negative review here. We booked a room in this hotel for our annual vacation around 5 weeks ago and at the same time sent an email to clarify 2 simple questions. Unfortunately, we have not received any feedback on this to date and it is not possible to clarify the issue by telephone as a recorded message will direct you to the email address. Due to the concerns this has caused, we will now, as a precaution, check whether there is a more reliable hotel in this region and, if necessary, cancel our booking.Dear Parkhotel team,Regarding your query, we have just contacted you again via Booking and informed you of the time of our booking and the unsuccessful contact. Since we like to have a certain degree of planning security, especially when it comes to our annual vacation, we have now canceled our booking.

Despite the booking confirmation and the agreed arrival time of 9 p.m., we found ourselves at a reception that had been closed since 6 p.m. At around 9:20 p.m. a very aggressive employee, probably the boss, appeared and made it clear to us in a very unfriendly manner that he didn't have a room for us. After discussions, we left this hotel without knowing where we should spend the weekend. We have never experienced such treatment of guests. Having to experience something like this in Germany is unacceptable. The employee appeared to us to be very unkempt and probably drunk We will never visit this property again.

A nice hotel, with a nice location, you can also walk to the center of Füssen.Room was clean and comfortable.The heating in the bathroom was off during the day and didn't come on until around 6 p.m., otherwise everything was perfect. Price performance is top!

Great hotel in a great location.All employees are friendly from A to Z and requests are accepted.Rooms are a bit older but very clean and nice.Breakfast was great and the rooms are quiet and not noisy at all.We will come again. Thank you very much 😊About the parking lot: Füssen has over a million tourists every year. It goes without saying that there is a parking shortage there. Nevertheless, we were able to get a parking space right in front of the hotel every day, maximum daily rate €5, not free from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can also pay via app (Parkster).It couldn't be cheaper in cities like this.
