Beautiful campsite with a unique view of the Allgäu Alps. Great, clean sanitary facilities. Perfect location for Lake Hopfensee and numerous restaurants.Very nice owners. Dogs are very welcome.

If you are looking for a very nice place to stay with your camper and a magnificent view, you need to check in at this lovely place. Very friendly family hosting the site and maintaining a high standard. Even at end of October.

We were at the campsite for a week. It's really very beautiful here. We had a great place with a view of Neuschwanstein Castle and Lake Hopfensee. We really liked the sanitary facilities. Nicely equipped, with a decent jet and the ability to adjust the water temperature yourself.The boss personally brings the caravan to your site. Great service and good for the meadow ;) The milk from the farm tastes wonderful.There are clear rules on the pitch so that everyone knows how to behave. There is also a great playhouse for the children.Thank you for your commitment, and keep it up. We'll be back. And if there is perhaps a sauna, then Google should actually be able to give it 8 stars ;)Andre and Nadine

This is our second time on site. Everything is great. Nice operators, rolls for 55 cents each are okay, you'll pay more elsewhere now. Very modern and clean washrooms, very good facilities for children with an indoor play paradise. We'd love to come back

2024:Once again we spent a wonderful four (or even five?) weeks of wonderful vacation with the Guggemos family. As always, everything from the operators and the place is totally fine.Now to the two bad reviews from certain people below: Our plot was very close to the sanitary building, and so we were "allowed" to experience several situations in which impudent "contemporaries" illegally gained access to the campsite and the sanitary building, especially during the craft market. For us, this is very close to trespassing!2023:Spent another five weeks at this super campsite. There is nothing remotely wrong with it!Many thanks for your great time to Anita and Franz, who are always in a good mood and always have an open ear for their guests.2022:This time too we spent a wonderful five weeks at this campsite.Very warm operators who always have an open ear for their guests.Excellent new sanitary facilities that are always kept sparkling clean.Particularly noteworthy is the tractor towing aid for bringing the arriving caravans to the respective plots with centimeter precision. The plots are also laid out at a greater distance from neighbors than is the case in most larger campsites.Now to the bad review by the anonymous “S.” from July 28, 2022:Were you really at the campsite you rated poorly at the specified time? We were there at the same time, but we didn't experience a screaming junior manager or chaotic conditions at check-in/check-out!We also couldn't find any reason for a bad rating regarding the always exemplary cleanliness of the sanitary facilities.I don't think the price of €40 for up to two nights is too high!In addition, the electricity used is compensated at a flat rate. Why do you still have to check the start/end meter readings despite a flat rate electricity bill? Do you lack trust in your hosts??? Then you should look for other places that meet your requirements!Unfortunately, we also occasionally noticed that there were sometimes "traffic jam-like obstructions" in front of the barrier. In ALL of these observed cases, almost exclusively motorhome drivers did not stop in the spacious waiting area to check in, but drove straight up to the barrier system.Original sound from one of the blockers I spoke to: “Otherwise someone else could push their way forward”. - It leaves you salivating...We could also see that particularly clever new guests stood right next to it and blocked the exit area. These were also exclusively motorhome drivers who apparently thought they were better or had never heard of “live vs. let live”.The parking spaces for caravans are sufficient in size and are generally selected by the operators so that no one is dragged onto a plot that is too small.Regarding animal husbandry on the farms you criticize, I would just like to say:Unlike humans, animals don't scream! During a “holiday on the farm” I have to expect that animals will occasionally make their presence felt. In any case, neither the operator's cows nor those from the neighboring farm bothered us.

Beautiful campsite right on Lake Hopfensee. Everything is just right here. Even the friendly greeting when checking in. Then, at your seat, you get the power cable directly to the vehicle. Pretty, sufficiently large plots. The sanitary building was always clean and well maintained. The children were also thought of. A playhouse and a visit to the cowshed are an experience for the little ones. We'll definitely be back. Greetings from the “Old Country” near Hamburg

Nice, small campsite, close to the Hopfensee, cycle paths and swimming area. Simply ideal! Very nice operator. Ideal for children, there is an outdoor and indoor playground for the little ones, as well as table tennis, trampoline and billiards for the older children. Very clean sanitary building. We'll definitely be back!

Very warm family, great campsite on the farm, the farmer brings the caravan to the pitch with the tractor THAT'S WHAT I CALL 1ST CLASS SERVICE! Everything is nice and clean and new, you hardly feel that you are on a farm, a paradise for children, with an excellent playground and running opportunities. We spontaneously went to this campsite last week after we went on holiday to this region completely naive 😅. We were lucky because a guest unfortunately had to leave early and so we were able to take their place for three nights at short notice.So we stayed at Haus Guggemos for three nights with a camper and two dogs and were completely thrilled. Sanitary is great, you can only get in with a chip, there is an extra cooking area, a washing up area, a toilet disposal station, a drinks machine if the reception is closed, fresh milk to order, bread service, a few animals on the farm, a small playground and more a great indoor playroom for small and older children. You will also be supplied with electricity immediately, even if you have a long power cable with you 🙂. It's nice and quiet. The operators were very nice and we had fun conversations.The only small request for improvement: trees in the middle area 😉.We couldn't understand the negative reviews. On the contrary - we heard a few bold things from guests and people who really "snuck in"... And how it calls into the forest... Well...In any case, we felt very comfortable and will definitely come back 💛.

We ended up at this beautiful idyllic campsite for at least 11 days. You feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. After registering, the caravan was uncoupled and placed in a beautiful position by the site manager himself. Power was connected and that was it. Vacation at its best could begin. There's something very familiar about the atmosphere, it's in the air everywhere here. The sanitary facilities are extremely clean and very, very spacious, unlike any campsite before. We'll definitely come back. We will book our 2025 camping round soon

We were welcomed in a friendly and courteous manner.Our caravan was driven directly to the parking space with a tractorpulled 👍The place is very well maintained and the sanitary facilities are exceptionally good.You can buy a few small things at the reception and there is also a bread roll service.We would love to come back 🙂🙂👍

This was our third time at this campsite and, as always, we were completely thrilled.Starting with the reservation (very fast email communication).The caravan was pulled onto the site with the tractor (very comfortable).The pitches are horizontal, gravelled, compacted and large. Lots of meadow around the pitch.The place is terraced so that the sea and the mountains can be seen from almost every place.There is a small kiosk and a bread roll service.Now for the highlightThe washhouse is a dream, it is huge, has underfloor heating, enough toilets and the showers are huge.There is a children's bathroom and a disabled bathroom.And it's super clean.The campsite is part of a farm run by the brother of the couple who run the campsite.So there is also fresh milk.On the site there is a playhouse with a trampoline, billiards, table football and table tennis.There are washing machines and dryers, a drinks machine and a room for campers to cook with a seating area.The area around the Hopfensee is a dream with endless possibilities for young and old.We will always go camping to this beautiful place.Many thanks especially to Anita and Franz(operator couple) and the children.

This is the most beautiful campsite in the area, very nice host family, terraced, spacious pitches with a view of Lake Hopfensee and the mountains. Modern sanitary facilities.Drinks vending machine, bread roll service and organic milk from our own cowsGames room with billiards, table football and table tennis. Trampoline and ball pit for the little ones.And a lounge with kitchen for campers.Overall 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Politely asked for a parking space.It's very clear —— summer vacation.Everything fully booked.I was immediately accused of sneaking into the campsite and using the showers illegally.Incredible.Poor GermanyUnfortunately, this is not an isolated case.These kinds of accusations!We are seriously considering legal action on the subject of slander and slander.
