Very nice hotel with a great spa area. If the weather isn't right, you can relax for a few hours. Breakfast buffet was very, very good and more than sufficient. There's really something on offer there. The day gets off to a good start. Service staff also deserve high praise. Very friendly and accommodating. Keep it up...we'll be happy to come back. Absolute recommendation.

A lot has already been written. The only drawback is the uninsulated walls. Rest is excellent. If you're petty, you'll definitely find more to complain about. The service alone is huge, you can't beat that level of friendliness.

Nice hotel with a good breakfast. Sleeping was only possible to a very limited extent, at least in room 212, due to the neighboring outside door to the connecting corridor to the neighboring building, which slammed loudly every time it was opened, even at night, causing the wall and room door to vibrate. The understanding of the complaint at reception when checking out at 11 a.m. was very limited. “We had no way of knowing that you would stay so long.” It’s a shame, that could probably be fixed simply by adjusting the door closer.

Nice hotel in a good location. Unfortunately there is currently a large construction site next to it. Room with balcony, everything was great. The bathroom is only separated by a sliding glass door, which is very annoying, hence the deduction. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection. Breakfast service left nothing to be desired. I was missing a smile from the service at the reception. Bathrobe rental fee is €10, which I find to be too expensive. Should be included at a Vital Hotel or available for a deposit. Hence the deduction for service.

Room renovated, big enough. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Nice little sauna area with water and snacks.Only the extra charge of 20 per night for our dog was absolutely exorbitant, especially since we didn't do any cleaning between the two nights. 40 € is not justified without performance. (No bowl, blanket...) Therefore not recommended for dog owners

Nice centrally located hotel with a very nice and helpful reception. Beautifully renovated room with a spacious bathroom, also nice and clean. Unfortunately, we were no longer able to use the wellness area after our first stage due to a lack of time. The breakfast was very extensive and delicious, especially the apple strudel!!!The staff were also very friendly and attentive, something you don't find that easy. A big thank you for that!

We enjoyed 2 nights here. With friendly staff who were always helpful and greeted us with a smile every time. There are free parking spaces within walking distance of the hotel. The best thing is the location. In just a few steps you are at Teggernsee. The breakfast was extremely tasty and very nicely prepared. We enjoyed the smell twice and each morning there was something different and special in the best quality. Here too, the service was very prompt and friendly. The small spa area rounded off our vacation in the evening with 2 saunas and the small service of drinks and snacks. Everything was always clean and we felt comfortable. We also noticed the little things, whether it was the fruit plate or the bombs at the reception. The reading book in the room “Magical Moments”. The toilet scent stones in the toilet. The rolled up sauna towels and so on. Thank you for the nice welcome upon arrival and departure. But I have to deduct half a point. We were given room 240 and it was very small. Clean but too narrow. It was okay for 2 nights.
