We were there for a wedding. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast was very good and the Metzler couple were extremely helpful and accommodating. We can only warmly recommend the house. If the situation arises, we would be happy to come back.Böhm/Seeger family

I had a great stay and will always have a great stay when I'm in this area.The location is perfect on a very quiet street, right next to the forest, so you always have a view of the greenery from the rooms.The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast is also very good.But the highlight is the super nice, always helpful staff!Thanks for the great time and always happy!

Great atmosphere. Very friendly staff.Full use of the kitchen, so warm evening meals are possible.Great breakfast buffet suitable for all tastes.Rooms are immaculate and well maintained.Beds are fantastic compared to other hotels I've experienced. Loads of parking and close to several supermarkets.This will always be my choice when working in and around this area.

Wonderful stay as a guest for a wedding nearby. Simple, older hotel. But everything was well maintained and clean. Super nice hosts. Top breakfast for little money. Clear recommendation!

Super friendly, we felt very comfortable here. There is a large field right next door where you can jog or go for a walk. Rooms are very clean and the breakfast is lovingly made. Very cozy breakfast room!

My wife and I stayed in this small but very nice hotel for one night. Even if the first impression may seem a bit rustic or outdated, the hotel and its rooms are very clean and charming! Our hosts and hotel owners were very friendly and helpful. As a guest you feel that you are welcome and you automatically feel very comfortable.

I immediately felt at home. The hotel is family-run and the Metzler family is super warm, helpful and keen to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is highly recommended. The scrambled eggs were even freshly prepared for me :))I will gladly come again!

I had the pleasure of staying in this charming, owner-managed hotel and was completely impressed. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay from start to finish.Our room was large and spacious, which I particularly liked. The existing roller shutters provided pleasant darkness, which ensured a restful sleep. The room's furnishings were functional yet cozy, creating a relaxed atmosphere.The WiFi worked perfectly and I was able to work comfortably. Unfortunately I didn't have time to enjoy the breakfast, but the breakfast is reasonably priced - definitely something I'll want to try out on my next visit.The cleanliness of the rooms was exemplary and the functional furnishings made me feel at home. There was enough parking space, which is always a plus for me as a traveler.The location of the hotel in the industrial area turned out to be surprisingly quiet, and the proximity to the train station is a plus point. Although there is only one restaurant in the area, this one is simple but definitely recommended - a good option for a relaxing evening.The highlight of the stay was meeting the very nice family that runs the hotel. Their warm hospitality really made me feel welcome. I look forward to coming back and can fully recommend the Hotel “Garni am Rotkäppchenwald”. Thank you for the pleasant time!
