What do you expect from them... They took money, the voucher wasn't extended. No goodwill or other solutions, that would be the least. Employee Julio is also rude and lecturing, and he can't do math. Awkward.

Stayed over the weekend for a festival, the room was very nice but so warm. There was no aircon but when we asked for fans they gave them :)

Some of the rooms are very small, I was in a room with 4 people, we barely had room for the suitcases and the bathroom only fits 2 people.

I visited this hostel with my class and it is a complete nightmare. There is no nighttime rest, I couldn't fall asleep until 2 a.m. yesterday because someone was banging on the wall next door and they were jumping around like crazy in the hallway upstairs. All in all, there is no way to check whether the rules are being followed. There is no cleaning here either because there are still remains of killed mosquitoes on the doors. Windows cannot be opened properly because they have a lock (only tilt possible). The worst thing is the area in which the hostel is located. Because everything here looks like a backwater. In the second picture you can see the aforementioned lock near the window. And yes, our room doesn't look its best right now, but at least we'll clean it up.

Bad service.Toilet and shower in the room without ventilation.OK for a one night stay, but there are other better hostels.Near the entrance to the hostel I met a lot of rats in the evening.Most of the staff do not speak German which I find unacceptable if you work in Germany.

Unfortunately, a very unfriendly and incompetent security service that doesn't even begin to ensure that there is peace in the corridors at night. If this is then pointed out in a friendly manner, you get an angry answer and nothing changes.Proper ventilation in the rooms is not possible because all the windows have locks and the rooms are not clean from the start. The room lighting is partly broken and not all sockets work. All in all an unpleasant, bad hostel.

Well, a real disaster we stayed 5 nights:1. They give us a very small room compared to what we had contracted (photo attached)2. You have to request cleaning through a QR that is in the room, we requested it every day and none of them happened.3. Very little breakfast, no pastries, little variety of fruits, only one toast for how big the hotel is and on top of that one part was broken, long lines to toast the bread (photo attached), no one checks if you have breakfast included or not, they give you some tokens on the day of check-in that no one asks for, people could enter without checking whether they had breakfast included or not.4. We went to the reception to express our disagreement with what we were experiencing, the girl was very rude, unwilling to help, she told us the entire time that she couldn't do anything, she only offered us a QR code to write a review on Google.5. The door to the room did not close properly and when it was drafty it banged constantly.6. Thin and very hard mattresses, very soft pillows.I recommend spending a little more money and going to another hotel close to this one, it is not worth it.I just have to tell you that after sending obvious evidence to Booking, Booking has returned part of the money.

Great hostel, it's a hostel not a 5 star hotel, but the service and staff are more authentic and honest than in 4/5 star bunkers, simple, young, dynamic.
