From September 12th to 13th, 2023 I stayed in the arabel design apartments in Berlin. I was particularly impressed by the nice service in the hotel. The location is another positive criterion for choosing this accommodation option in Berlin. Many nice shops and the proximity to the Cultural Forum also invite you to stay overnight. I therefore highly recommend this place. 👍

We spent two nights here and booked an apartment and a studio. The rooms and apartments are nicely furnished, but without air conditioning, which is why it was very warm.On the second night there was a party in the apartment below and above us. There was a lot of coming and going in the yard and the door code was passed on to people who weren't even staying here.Due to the considerable volume, we called the emergency number and they promised to call the police. However, this did not appear. After contacting the emergency number again, only succinct statements were made that they couldn't do anything because they didn't know who was hosting the party and that it would be the police's job. However, the apartment numbers were provided. None of us slept that night, especially badly since we were traveling with a baby and a small child. The next morning we complained about it at checkout and explained everything again. They apologized and promised us as compensation that we wouldn't have to cover the costs for parking or the minibar. However, over a week later we discovered that these costs had been deducted from the deposit. We find this to be an absolute disgrace and cannot recommend the accommodation or the service at all. For us it's just a rip off!We would also like to point out that, according to reviews, other guests have already experienced similar situations. The reaction was always the same, but nothing seemed to have changed locally. We are more than disappointed and therefore advise against staying here.

Centrally located apartment near Kudamm with great, high-quality furnishings. Great box spring beds and good amenities for an apartment. Great for a city trip. Many restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity.

Very uncomplicated communication with the accommodation.We were able to arrive at our desired time without any problems and were not tied to the team's reception times.A wonderfully clean and very high-quality and modern large suite that left nothing to be desired.The location was super central and yet very quiet so you could sleep with the window open even in the middle of the city.There was even a welcome Easter gift because we were guests over the Easter weekend. You made our kids very happy.We will definitely come back to you on our next trip to Berlin.We can only warmly recommend the Arabel Design Apartments.Many thanks to the entire team.

We spontaneously booked with Arabel Design Apartments with two small children, and I have to say I was really surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the workers. We had a small problem with the bookings but we were able to sort that out relatively well with the owners. So we wholeheartedly recommend the great apartment ♥️

Great rooms. Large, very modern and fair in price. I haven't seen anything so great in a long time. 3 large TVs, rituals toiletries in the room. big bathroom. I recommend king size rooms.
