I was there for two weeks. The location is great! U-Bahn right on the doorstep, shops and restaurants very close. You can walk there from Hauptbahnhof (15 minutes).You don't immediately see the house number from outside.Apartment number 4 is very spacious! 2 rooms, where the bedroom has a window to the courtyard. This makes it very quiet. You hear the birds in the morning.The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster and various types of tea.Bathroom with bathtub.Bed wonderfully large and soft.I miss a place where I can put books or papers.Apartment is decorated in South American style.Apartment was not clean, but that was resolved after a week.All sights are very close.It is only a few hundred meters to the Gedenkstätte Berliner Mauer.Unfortunately WiFi is bad.

Super centrally located, the subway station is directly opposite, there are parking spaces on the street, which are rarely free and then it gets expensive very quickly, so if you come by car, park it somewhere else. You get a complete apartment here for the price, in my opinion the prices are ok for Berlin Mitte, most hotels are at least the same price and you only have one room there. It's hard to see from the outside, but if you know where it is, no problem. You come in at the front door with a code that you are given in advance and you can take the key from a locker, also with a code. In principle it is a classic apartment building. The apartments are well furnished and you can also find the most important utensils in the kitchen. The bed is large and in a separate room, the apartment is quite large, overall not super modern, but nicely furnished. The bathroom is small, but has a bathtub, but the WiFi doesn't work well.

The apartment is good if you come for a weekend. But if you come and pretend to be at home... impossible. The kitchenware is 2 flat plates, two deep ones, 3 glasses (yes, 4 wine glasses and a jug) and two saucepans.... when you rent an apartment it is to try to feel like you are in your own home, but if you find yourself with A kitchen with that kitchenware and without a hood, things get complicated. Berlin has many options to eat out, but eating 3 meals out for eight days is too much, especially for your stomach... that's why we chose to stay in an apartment. It said it had a washing machine, but...... we asked and they didn't answer us... Anyway. However, the location and tranquility of the building are really good.The apartment was not very clean, even though the hostess assured us that it had just been cleaned.

It was right next to the station, but since it was night, I wandered around for an hour looking for it, not seeing any signs. There was no one else stationed there, there was no guidance, and of course I couldn't leave my luggage.In addition, since we were staying on the third floor, there was no elevator, so we had to carry it by hand.
