Very bad rooms with zero response to the service! Vomit not gone or not really clean! on the wall!...If it had been a booking, (was invited)I would have clarified it differently.You couldn't run a hotel more modestly...

I swear you stay away from this hotel, I'm getting tired of this disrespect that this hotel has shown is simply unbelievableI checked in, got high and what can I say, disgusting!!Wallpaper is hanging and broken, room smells dirty and they put a cheap Santa Claus on my pillow according to the motto it would save my day, these weirdos, it wasn't like the pictures, I booked another hotel €300 more expensive than thatMoney doesn't matter, the main thing is that I'm comfortable, but this hotel is a mess. Checked out 20 minutes later and I've never had any problems at Dorint, Radisson, etc. If I check out straight afterwards because something isn't right, I got my money straight away and qao, but here it's on the Reception some punjabi Indian doesn't have the balls in his pants to tell me that they can't cancel it but have to clarify everything via an external site that the punjabi could just say in my face if fu reads this, see you!And to every single one of them this review is written with hate and anger because it is simply cheeky that this hotel claims something else in an email why they can't cancel it and blah blah blah f... you!!! Not even refugees would sleep there

Rooms are far away from the elevator in an additional building. No digital keycards, but old fashioned keys. Tidy and clean. Service from the friendly staff is good. Location is a bit further away from the center.

This is an hotel lead by an owner who only wants to share his presence with male pseudo-objectivity. So the residents are 99 per cent male, from Arabic inheritence and muslimic background. As a women sharing your space with them goes frightening as there is no control about what the people are doing with you. Your blame won't be heard, the boss is laughing at you and you will spend your time in an overall mysogynistic atmosphere which is not only uncomfortable but even dangerous.

Had the comfort room. The carpet and walls are dirty and the drain in the sink is rusting. Price performance is not right! Breakfast buffet was good, hence two stars

Good hotel with very nice staff (especially Mr. Aribas), rooms very clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast buffet is completely sufficient!! Price/performance ratio top👍👍

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio in this hotel is not right at all. For the money I've had more modern hotels in Berlin with a better location and breakfast. Not recommended!

Very bad! Not recommendable!We booked one night as business travelers. The room did not correspond to the pictures. The beds were very uncomfortable and there were 3 construction lights shining right outside our window all night long. Of course, the poor quality curtains couldn't block out this light and so it was bright as day in our room all night long.The worst thing: the information that there are only shared bathrooms was left out when booking. That would have been a good reason not to book this “hotel” in the first place. In summary, we can say that this hotel is not recommended and 1/10 stars is even one star too many.

Never again! I stayed in the "hotel" with my girlfriend for three nights. We had booked a double room with an ensuite bathroom, when we got our key it belonged to a small scruffy twin room with a shared bathroom! When we wanted to clarify this at reception and showed our bill, we were told "it's not our problem, it's different here in the system" and that we should please put ourselves in the queue at check 24 to complain. .Absolutely bad service in my opinion!! In addition, there are disgusting smells in the hallway and room, the same disgusting insect was sitting in the shower in the shared bathroom all day long... And you can feel the people three rooms away whispering, so noisy... We've also had much better ones for the price Accommodation in Berlin... A failure all around...

Unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not right at all. For the money I have stayed in much better, more modern and larger hotels. I had specifically specified a large bed and still got a room with 2 single beds. The pictures don't match the actual decor of the rooms at all and the beds are uncomfortable. Hotel is generally not completely bad. It was clean too. But you don't have the right to take that much money.

Very bad hotel. Carpet totally dirty and the family room is very small. The beds are musty and you feel like you sleep with a batten on your back. At breakfast the wrapped cakes had expired in March! We were there in September. Not a recommendation and certainly never again! Actually less than 1 star.

I lived in this hotel for 2 months, paid €1450 a month and was treated like an animal, even caged animals had more opportunities than me.Room was cleaned once a week, even fish get fresh water in the aquarium every 2 days. In the community kitchen, for which I paid an additional €50, the refugees stole my food.!!!CAUTION!!!The short-haired blonde lady at the reception who pretended to be my boss was very unfriendly and incompetent. I only have good things to say about the behavior of the employees on the night shift. Myself and my fiancée were very dissatisfied. Yesterday when we wanted to go to the kitchen we were told that we were not allowed to use the kitchen, what an impudence in this situation I would advise you not to sleep in this hotel!I would tell you all more about this hotel. Part 2 is still coming

This time we had a good room. In the Corona period, breakfast is not that great. 2 rolls, 2 slices of cold cuts, 1 slice of cucumber and 1/8 tomato, 1x packaged jam, 1 egg, 1 cup of yoghurt, 1 muesli bar and coffee instead of €10. There used to be a lot more choice.
