Beautifully located above Bad Wiessee with a great view of Lake Tegernsee, we enjoyed the evenings on the balcony. Delicious, rich breakfast, everything very clean and well maintained and comfortable beds. The host family is very warm and always strives to make their guests' stay as pleasant as possible. We spent five nights at the Kleinbuch guesthouse. The hosts gave us a super friendly and open-minded welcome and were always helpful and available (if necessary) throughout our stay. Breakfast was a joy for us every morning; it was prepared with a lot of heart. There was always something of everything, from sweet to savory, and the selection varied daily. Our room with a balcony was perfectly clean, very comfortable and the view of Lake Tegernsee was simply beautiful! We felt completely comfortable in the Kleinbuch house and would be happy to come back.The location is perfect for anyone looking for peace, nature and relaxation. Thanks for the nice time.

For everyone who would like to have some peace and quiet and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is just the thing for you! The rooms are furnished in a country house style, everything is very clean and some rooms also have a small kitchenette with a hob, refrigerator and dishes. The view from the adjoining balcony was also simply incredible, you have a great panoramic view over Lake Tegernsee and the mountains.It's a family business, you can tell they put a lot of love and passion into it. The breakfast was also very tasty and had a good selection of everything.Thank you very much!

the cleanest rooms we have had in recent years, TOP, friendly and always available, but unobtrusive, child-friendly, location super quiet for the region, a little something different, breakfast completely ok, prices fair, that's how it should be. Everything you need, including a vacuum cleaner, finally a big fan in the bathroom that also works when you shower and creates steam, etc., we'll remember that and will be happy to come back.
