Here is my experience report for this terrible stay:I had an extremely negative experience at this hotel. When I arrived I was refused check-in on the grounds that their system wasn't working. Even though I was willing to pay with my credit card, which was technically possible, they refused. When I explained to them that I was very exhausted after a long journey, I was simply sent out on the road and told to wait until 3 p.m.When I asked if I could then check in at 3pm as stated in their hotel policy, I only received a rude answer: "We don't know, if not you can sleep outside until 9pm." Absolutely unacceptable and inhumane. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel!The manager left without listening to me and didn't want to help in any way. I arrived by car and left it in the hotel parking lot and was prepared to leave my passport behind just to check in, sleep and shower. I was told we just want your cash! Service and respect for the guest 0

Good location, comfortable and comfortable rooms. Just to say that we forgot a thermos and a sack, and they never told us. On the day of check out we were at the hotel until 5pm and they never told us anything. It's a shame to handle yourself like this

They are very nice at the reception. The breakfast was delicious. The room is a decent size and clean. The bed is comfortable.

The room was simple but spacious and clean and had a kettle with coffee and tea. The single beds were quite narrow, but otherwise quite comfortable. What is incomprehensible is the extremely narrow glass door into the shower cubicle, which you almost had to squeeze in through. The sink is also at the back left of the vanity, quite far away.The breakfast buffet contained everything you need. Unfortunately, the scrambled eggs were hard and crumbly and couldn't hide the fact that there was no fresh egg involved but only liquid egg from the canister. The central location on Kurfürstenstrasse is ideal as well as being close to public transport. The room facing the courtyard was also very quiet.

Stayed at the hotel for one night.The rooms are neat and clean. The staff is polite.The hotel is just under 2 km from the Victory Column.Underground parking costs €20 for 24 hours.The only complaint was... It was very warm in the room and the temperature couldn't be regulated...There is a construction site in front of the hotel and there are two manhole covers that rattle extremely when a bus crashes over. Of course the hotel can't do anything about it but it was annoying at nightI can't say anything about breakfast (we didn't have it)Otherwise it is recommended

The rooms were clean and big enough for 2 people. Unfortunately the bathroom is too small. The shower door is too narrow and not completely sealed. The sink is too high and too far back. Unfortunately the breakfast was too expensive. The staff very friendly and accommodating. A little too loud towards the street.

We booked a room with a double bed for the second time this summer and felt very comfortable again. The employees are friendly and courteous. The rooms are very clean and comfortably furnished and are cleaned daily depending on individual wishes.A big plus point for this hotel: the quiet, both at night and during the day.The location, right on the Kudamm/Zoo, is very central. There is a Netto next door and a Turkish bakery opposite.

The hotel itself is really great. Very centrally located (5 minutes walk to Wittenbergplatz). Service and breakfast great. We would also like to come back, but there is something stopping us. The cot or sofa bed/chair bed is a disaster. Our daughter could hardly sleep because it was so hard. The double bed, however, was very comfortable.Dear team, please put a topper or a mattress on the armchair. Then we would love to come back.

The structure was recently renovated, so the environment is very modern and well-kept.Very bright room, windows that open, normal light and purple light (very atmospheric). Small bathroom but with everything you need and a shower equipped with dual modes of use.The cleaning of the room is done, just request it in advance at the reception where it is also possible to change the towels.There is the possibility of using the bar and at certain times of the day drinks are discounted at half price.Various seats, armchairs, tables with special charging docks are available in the hall.Convenient check-out time (12:00) and possibility of leaving your suitcases so you can go around without burdens if your flight is later.Very friendly and helpful staff (Giuseppe in particular was very helpful).The metro is easily reachable on foot in about 10 minutes and other areas for nightlife (clubs and discos) are only 10/20 minutes away on foot.Unfortunately, breakfast is too expensive per person and for this reason we didn't have it in the hotel, but the surrounding area is well supplied with bars and bakeries.The rooms are very nice but if I had to find a flaw I would say the wardrobe which is basically an open door with a few hangers for hanging clothes (it's not enough for more clothes and two people and you have to keep things in the suitcase).Other than that, great stay!
