Perfect, super stylish furnishings, comfortable beds, 2 small balconies. The stay was perfect for us and we will be back. 1- Point it is very lively at night. But there were earplugs for that.

I have to say, we are totally thrilled. We came to this hotel for a long weekend. Of course, I only read the reviews after booking, so I was torn. BUT we were not disappointed! Rooms clean, very comfortable and well furnished. There was also a very nice handwritten greeting card. Even vegans are thought of with oat milk in the room, chips etc. The bathroom is very nice and clean. The balcony was also great. All in all . Thanks for the perfect weekend. Can recommend it wholeheartedly. See you soon

Elegant area, perfect apartment with every comfort, close to the metro, bars and restaurants, communication with the property for fast and very efficient check in and check out for any need

The rooms are relatively new and ok for 1 person and well equipped. They are too small for 2 people. Ideal for 1 or 2 nights because there are no cupboards or storage space, just 5 hangers on the wall. What bothered us: we were there for 5 nights and didn't get any room cleaning or new cups. You pay an extra €20 per cleaning. The biggest disappointment is the breakfast. Coffee/tea machines are available. In addition, at 7 a.m. you get a bag with your chosen breakfast delivered to your door. There wasn't a day when something wasn't missing. Cups and glasses can only be swung out in the bathroom. Daily reports to customer service have not changed anything. You have to eat in the room, but there is only 1 chair. It's better to book without breakfast and use the café downstairs.

Booked through Expedia. The accommodation forces you to check in in advance. So far so good. You will then be asked to upload your ID copy, front and back, to their website.You can only communicate via a WhatsApp bot system.I find it extremely worrying that I have to upload ID details to a website I don't know in order to book the accommodation.No hotel or other accommodation requires something like that.Such processes are otherwise only required by banks or telecommunications companies.What is particularly annoying is that this requirement is not displayed anywhere before booking and this reservation was therefore useless and had to be canceled.Never again

Unfortunately, there is nothing positive to report about my personal experience with Numa, especially at the Berlin Konstanzer Straße location.Unfortunately, the service via WhatsApp is often difficult to reach and responds very slowly. In addition, problems are not solved.Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Numa.

I had a fantastic stay at Numa Novela in Berlin! The digital check-in was incredibly easy, and the building's unique charm really stood out. My room was stylish, cozy, and perfectly equipped. The location is ideal, close to great spots and easy transport. It was a hassle-free, and truly memorable stay, I will definitely return!

We stayed for 6 days as a couple. A small kitchen, a nice bathroom. It was quite enough. Password entry and exit provides great convenience. No need to worry about forgetting or losing keys. There is no need to talk to the officer to check in or out. The bed was very comfortable. We found nothing to complain about cleanliness. Sound insulation was quite good. We were not disturbed at all. There are towels, hair dryer, shampoo etc. It would be nice if some small daily items were included, such as disposable slippers. We recommend.

A very nice, modern and above all clean apartment, really highly recommended. Very close to Kurfürstendamm. The connections are very good thanks to the subway and S-Bahn and buses. In this hotel you can check in and check out online. This went very easily.If you had any questions, you were helped around the clock via WhatsApp. An answer always came very quickly. Replenishments of coffee, tea or other items are always available. The beds were super comfortable and the size of the rooms was enough for us for a short trip. A second toilet or bathroom would have been good for the 4-6 person room, but you can agree on who goes to shower when😉 all in all...highly recommended

All the time you hear banging doors, as the rooms are not well insulated. You get a bonus, as the hotel is pet friendly - barking dogs.This the first hotel I am staying in with non-locking doors, which made mu stay very insecure.The shower cabin was so small that you can barely fit. The shower waa broken.I paid for a room with a terace, but it is a non-smoking terace. Seriously?Other than that you get an expired food andNon cooperarive staff.Never again...
