The breakfast is sensational. I would have liked to give this more than 5 stars. The hotel is very well maintained, has a great atmosphere and all employees are very friendly. The rooms are large and friendly, charmingly furnished. The bathroom is modern and well equipped. Unfortunately we didn't have time for the wellness area. We will definitely do that again when we visit again.

four nights during our city trip to Berlin. We went by train from the Netherlands. Easy walk from central station. Close to metro station. Good beds, nice shower. It always looked nice and cozy in the lobby. Very good!

First of all, I wouldn't believe it if they told me that I would receive such a service abroad. Whether it is the magnificence of the breakfast or the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.I didn't know which one I should prioritize. The hotel is amazing in terms of location, breakfast and cleanliness.Endless thanks to Ms. Müzeyyen and Aysel, who started the day well with their breakfast service and smiling faces.

Was really excited! Athletes will really love the gym. Everyone knows what “hotel gyms” normally look like. However, here you have two huge fitness rooms, course rooms, free weights, machines, punching bags...More than enough! In addition, the beds are wonderfully rarely slept on so well.I can definitely recommend it.

The hotel is really fantastic, the rooms as well as the entire interior. Wellness area, fitness and restaurant, everything as expected, high quality and clean. The only thing that urgently needs to be worked on is the friendliness of some of the younger women at the reception, which in the end left a very bad aftertaste, and not just because of one person.

Our stay was from October 22nd. until October 27, 2024. We booked 2 standard rooms and were very satisfied with them. The hotel is located directly near the Natural History Museum with very good public transport connections. It is better not to park in front of the hotel (note: parking is prohibited). The housekeeping does a great job, the hotel is also very clean and the reception is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and there is something for every taste. There are various coffee and tea specialties, fresh fried eggs, scrambled eggs or omelettes on request. The spa and wellness area is also very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, some "therapists" are not too reliable. After an initial disaster, we were extensively compensated free of charge by the wellness team, so the day was still very nice. We highly recommend the hammam with Nina and a sauna infusion with the captain. The lobby bar is mediocre. The drinks taste good but the service leaves a lot to be desired. We literally had to run after our drinks and there was always football going on in the evenings, so we sat in the lobby area so we could chat in peace. In the morning, shortly after 9 a.m., a hop-on/hop-off bus stops in front of the hotel so you can take a city tour. You should have done it once. The in-house restaurant Pascarella is highly recommended. Prices are already high but the food is all freshly prepared and nothing is convenient. Our waiter Mr. Ch. Henning was a dream. He pampered us professionally and competently with culinary delights. We parked our car in the underground car park with an excellent washing service and interior cleaning. This is an external company, but should still be mentioned positively here.

Unsuitable for staying with children, the swimming pool may only be used to a limited extent by them. When paying, a child aged 12 or over is treated as an adult; when swimming at 12, they are treated as a child with no permission from 5 p.m. The service in the restaurant was derogatory towards my grandson. You should have known that, never to go there again.

Fairly diabolical experience from the first not-greeting. Fell apart at reception when staff kept trying to talk English with me whilst I was clearly speaking German. When challenged I was rudely told they could hear German was not my first language (by a non-native German speaker). Failing to do a proper checkin, with just a very curt and unfriendly room key handover there was no welcome, no smile, no guidance on facilities. Zip.They also didn’t take (or ask about) a security deposit up front, which apparently is their process, leading to all sorts of shenanigans after my fairly average (the price wasn’t average) meal in the restaurant, including staff threatening to call security.Short-staffed, under-trained and rude, the whole experience was belittling, embarrassing and tending towards the customer being wrong. They refused to accept the card presented, already used at check-in and bizarrely refused to accept it as a legal payment method. The incredibly rudely insisted on accompanying me to my room to 'ensure' a 'real' credit card was acquired. They were in no way, considerate, respectful, helpful or problem solving oriented.Hope you all have a different experience than me. Make sure you ask them at each stage if they have done their job properly today, have they missed or forgotten a thing, or you might just fall into the same dark pit of customer disservice, that I did.
