The location of this apartment is wonderfully central! Just outside the busy center, but very easy to reach by public transport. The welcome was friendly and it was no problem to leave the luggage before check-in so you could explore the city! When we arrived at the room we were pleasantly surprised. It was neat, clean and as shown in the photos. The only downsides were the pillows (these were very soft), the WiFi did not always work well and the water pressure of the rain shower was not always optimal. But all in all a great apartment and highly recommended for a city trip!!

No privacy as there are no blinds. There are curtains but who wants to close the curtains during the day.Dirty shower that did not drain properly. You could see where it had flooded many times before by the stain on the floor.Lots of hair everywhere.Dirty sheets.No wifi details in room.WiFi drops out and you must keep reconnectingNot like photographs. Just a basic white box.The open courtyard can be noisy with peopleNot very friendly in reception.Not worth the money..

Good location. Not a Studio it was just one room,.Everybody can see you from patio,so curtains must be shut all the time.In bathroom mold, and dirty. Bed for 3rd person was very low.So old person could not sleep on it.Bed also was noisy and creak.They say that you have kitchen it is not truth, for glases and cups you must ask service, there was no equipment in room. There is no ventiIation, the air stands still. I do not recommend this place.

Auster minimal industrial aesthetic is very pleasing in the rooms. Spacious and functional. The room was quite hot (9 September ) and there is no A/C. Only a small floor fan and the large window. That made the room in this hot summer night a bit stuffy. The ikea furniture are fitting in style but fall a bit short in comfort. Convenient location but I found it a bit pricey for the quality. Still a good alternative. Plenty of free parking up front is a huge plus

We spent a long weekend here for the holiday.The location is great, the house, which looks more like a prison from the outside, is very quiet.The courtyard is clean, as are the rooms.The rooms are interestingly decorated.Very annoying and not visible when booking: The third bed in the triple room is less than 30 cm high. In addition, it made a loud cracking noise with every movement.When we handed over the keys, the "porter" reacted unfriendly and annoyed for no reason. A little kindness doesn't hurt! Nevertheless, I would come here again because of the location.

Location of the hotel is nice and quiet.There were no service what so ever for 9 days. I had to go to the reception and ask for new towels.The TV didn't worked.The fan worked, but was broken, needed to stay against the wall.There is a maze of doors until you get to the room. Not that easy on your first night.The rooms are ok, big, but the bed is really uncomfortable, the pillows the same.The fridge is nice and big.Overall is was quite disappointing for the price paid and for the quality expected.

Although we actually only wanted to leave our luggage at 10 a.m. (and were about 5 hours early for check-in), the cheerful employee took us straight to the freshly cleaned room. What a nice surprise!The studio was beautiful - modern, spacious, everything you need. Check-out also worked perfectly. We were completely satisfied

Very centrally located and still quiet. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Modern bathroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were also able to check in earlier than stated. The small kitchen is a little sparsely furnished.It was a great stay there.

Very centrally located apartment complex with major public transport in convenient walking distance. But, even surpassing the plus of the location, is the friendless of the staff. Couldn't have wished for better Service. Really enjoyed staying there.

A very nice apartment and building that is modern and easy to access. The caretaker is very attentive and welcoming. You'll be close to everything and in style. Honestly, you can go there with your eyes closed.

The location of the room was very easily approached and near a train station. The rooms were big but not clean. There was dust everywhere and we found hairs at the bathroom and in the closet. The people working there were kind. We didn’t have warm water for shower for 2 days. The pillows on the bed were so bad and uncomfortable. We stayed there for 5 days and the bedsheets were not changed once neither our towels.

Besides the great room and facilities. We are impressed by how attentive and careful the staff was with us, specially because I’m currently walking on crutches. Daniel and Federico are very efficient and polite with fluent English and Spanish which made us feel very welcome.We did have a problem with the warm water on our last day but Daniel dealt with it immediately without any hesitation making sure we were comfortable and satisfied.Thank you Nena Apartments for such wonderful service.
