Lunch on Sunday:The menu is manageably large, which is a good sign. The food is freshly prepared here and you can taste it too.The onion roast was fried to perfection, and the pork loin steaks were also very juicy.Praise to the chef.All side dishes and also the salad are very tasty. Can only be recommended.

The food was very good and the service ladies were very hospitable.However: We were there with our 1.5 year old daughter. Given her age, she hasn't been able to eat everything without making a mess. So some slip noodles found their way onto the floor. The innkeeper (owner?!) pointed out to us while we were eating that it was "not normal" what it looked like "here". He made it clear in a first and unfriendly way for us that he didn't like the behavior of us and our daughter at all.Unfortunately, this behavior left such a bad impression on me that, despite the good food, I can only give it one point. Children our daughter's age should be able to eat cleanly and without making a mess if they want to be treated kindly by the entire staff.(I also personally described this impression to the service staff on site and of course we picked up the food from the floor.)

The food was very tasty, but unfortunately I can't give it 4 or 5 stars because the behavior of the innkeeper(?) was completely unacceptable. He reacted extremely unfriendly and inappropriately when a child spilled in the restaurant, which made our stay very unpleasant. Such behavior is not in keeping with a hospitable environment and I cannot therefore recommend the restaurant. However, the waitresses were very friendly. Without this incident I would have liked to give it 5 stars.

Family-run inn with a great beer garden. You sit under a chestnut tree, the service is quick and friendly and the food is delicious. Typical Swabian cuisine at its best. We had the onion roast, which was tender and juicy, and the Maultaschen with excellent potato salad. We can highly recommend this restaurant and would give it more than 5 stars 🌟 if we could.

We were outside in theBeer garden. Nice location. Food good. Unfortunately, the waitresses were overwhelmed by the large number of guests. We wanted to let an older couple sit at our table because we still had space and the boss had already sent them away unkindly. Then the boss came again and made it clear to us in an extremely harsh tone that this was not possible and that the couple would have to wait a long time for their food. It's questionable why, then locals who hadn't made a reservation came. The tone was friendly and the food came quickly.
