A great business stay. Even though I stayed only at nights, I am very satisfied and grateful to Mrs. Soller for the service, nice conversations and cleaning my room even without asking. I worked from morning to evening and this nice lady always cleaned up my mess which I didn't have time to take care of. Moreover, it is a great area for walking and relaxing outdoors. I can confidently recommend this place to those who value peace, quiet and order. You can have a great rest here.I wish you all the best and see you someday 🫶

When I moved into this house about 16 months ago, I met Mrs. Zoller's son. He was very nice and helpful. I asked him if I could have my dog ​​occasionally and he said yes. Many months later, Ms. Soller's friendliness has changed significantly. To give a few examples. I told her that I had prostate problems, and some time later she spoke to me. I should give her a telephone contact. If they find me dead in the room, she can call. I also asked again about my dog, again refused. Another guest had a large dog in the room for two weeks. I asked Ms. Soller why I wasn't allowed, and she then complained to me in writing. I would talk on the phone so much and talk on the phone very loudly. Some time later I received another letter saying that my room was so messy that I should remove personal items. 35 m², 1350 euros then suddenly 1600 per month. And I'm supposed to remove personal items?!! The cleaner would have no space to clean. But the biggest cheek was that she claimed, in the presence of the cleaner and her son, that I had mentally attacked the female guest with the dog in the hallway. But then her son, Mommy, said it wasn't like that either. I never met this female guest in person. I only saw her once in the parking lot and on the balcony. I was supposedly talking on the phone too loudly, which was definitely not true. And I couldn't describe this situation as calm. Opposite is an inn owned by the Soller family. At 1:00 a.m. or later at night, guests were screaming in the parking lot and loud music was playing. I brought Mrs. Soller flowers twice and gave them to her, I was always friendly and helpful, I am an absolutely clean and tidy person. And then you constantly have to listen to complaints about mess, about a dirty toilet, and I have so many personal items in the room. Although the room is cleaned once a week, I vacuumed the floor, cleaned the bathroom and especially the toilet every day. If you pay €1,600 for 35 m², then I don't think it matters what's on the floor. Although there was nothing personal on the floor except several dozen shoes in plastic boxes on the wall. Today I can only see Ms. Soller as insulting and disrespectful. Other short-term visitors will probably see this differently. It somehow reminded me of my time in the Bundeswehr, when the sergeant walks through the company at night and checks things.

I was able to live in this wonderful place for four years for work, which I really learned to appreciate and was happy to call home. The apartments shine with a lot of charm and everything that was needed and if something was missing and whether it was the Lederhosen for the Oktoberfest, a really lovely and absolutely courteous landlady was available to give advice and support.

We spent two weeks at the Schweigerhof. Very quiet location, about a minute's walk from Ismaning S-Bahn station. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Marienplatz in Munich by S-Bahn. Free parking at the hotel. There is the possibility of doing laundry. Ms. Soller and the team are very warm and accommodating. We liked it very much. We would be happy to come back any time!

Unfortunately the booking was canceled. Unmotivated customer service!

The hotel is cozy and in an excellent position, close to the center of town, the train station, and a very enjoyable bike path. The owner and manager is friendly and helpful. However, if you hate cigarettes smoke this place isn't for you. Patrons chain-smoke outdoor on their balcony or porch all the time, including the owner herself. Rooms have no ventilation, let alone AC) of any sort, so during hot summer days you are forced with the windows close, because people here have the right to smoke right on your window. There is basically no respect or consciousness on how smoking affects other people, and there is nothing you can do. If you are OK with that, the place is perfect.

Very clean, nice size rooms with kitchenettes, really close to the S-Bahn metro station in Ismaning, near several restaurants, a bank, bakery, etc. Great and very helpful owner who takes care of the place with passion making sure the guest is happy and has everything he/she needs.

This was my first ever visit to Germany. I had many unanswered questions about the place, people, culture etc.., But Rosi( The landlord) here in Schweigerhof made all my doubts disappear. She is very friendly, welcoming and helps in making the stay comfortable and cozy.The Rooms are very well maintained with all facilities necessary ( small kitchen, small office desk, internet, Laundry service and many more ).Wish you a pleasant stay here..
