Very nice hotel, clean rooms, comfort sheets and bed, good coffee.We had a situation for smoking on the window (didn't know it's probibited), they charged us fee for it (200e), no wornings before, but okay, our fault.Anyways, location is very close to the central station and it is also well connected with the city. Recomendation😊

Nice hotel, lots of young people but also lots of business travelers. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and the rooms are beautiful, modern and clean. The location is a few meters from the main train station and there is a Rewe right next door.

A beautifully designed hotel with lovely rooms, just 10 minutes from the main train station. I would expand the cocktail menu at the bar, as the selection is very small. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I really like the hotel because they have so much space on the zero floor. I saw people working, reading books, drinking coffees hanging out, etc. They provide the filter water for free and coffee for free from 11 pm to 11 am. I like instant hot water in the shower. The room is clean. The service is good, but only one person serves when we check in. Maybe they should have at least two people at the front desk. Other than that, I had a good experience at the hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was not good. The air conditioning has been a known issue for over a year (reading the reviews), but it still hasn’t been fixed. The rooms were stuffy and warm. The beds are hard. On top of that, the service was disappointing.There’s a coffee machine in the lobby that seems free to use, but apparently, it’s only complimentary during certain hours, which isn’t stated anywhere. When I took a cup, a staff member angrily confronted me, saying I wasn’t allowed to do that. Even after I explained there were no signs, the situation just got worse instead of being handled politely.I definitely won’t be returning. It’s a shame that hospitality is missing, especially when something as small as a cup of coffee leads to such a negative encounter.Concluding, you really get the feeling everywhere in the hotel that efficiency and cost-saving are prioritized. The hallways are usually unlit, the reception is understaffed, and of course, my experience with the coffee are all examples of this. It’s clean, but unfortunately, it lacks a true sense of hospitality.

Overall, a rather underwhelming experience.Service:The communication from the beginning was rather painful. A simple change in travel dates became complicated and involved several emails and follow ups.Shortly before travelling I noticed my card had been charged for a completely different amount than the one previously confirmed for the dates booked. Each confirmation contradicted the other and the booking.com app provided a further amount that did not correlate with the cost for the original booking or the date change.After communicating the situation shortly before travelling, the booking confirmation was changed by the hotel again and no contact was forthcoming regarding such a change. I emailed once more and three days later, was informed someone would get back to me. Eventually someone did and confirmed the city tax was charged twice. I understand mistakes can be made, so the hotel offered a choice of credit during my stay or a refund back to my card. I asked for a refund and then no update. I asked again and was informed it would be processed upon check out. I checked out and the receptionist had no idea what I was talking about when I asked. I have now checked out and still not had any confirmation of a refund…Rooms:Rooms are on the smaller side, especially if you go for something more cost effective. The pillows are about as comfortable as sleeping on rocks and offer virtually no support to the back or neck. The air conditioning didn’t work and after several attempts gave up and left the window open instead.The light beneath the bed is sensor based and does not have a switch to turn it off, which makes for a rather difficult sleep if you are particularly tall. The combination of poor quality pillows, insufficient air conditioning and a light that has no appropriate control, results in poor quality sleep and seemingly not worth the money for such a hotel.The decor and presentation at the ground floor of the hotel seems to have had no expense spared, but it seems they have ran out of money in maintaining the rooms….LocationThe location isn’t the best, especially if you want to visit museums or popular neighbourhoods. Admittedly this was on myself for booking something non refundable. The dates of my visit changed, as did the purpose and was locked into the booking.There are two supermarkets and a good brunch place nearby (Balu Coffee) and Oggi’s kebab a short walk, otherwise that’s it.For the total cost of the booking, the location was poor value and the service falls short of the most reasonable standards. Staff inside the hotel were friendly and polite, the gym was a nice bonus and had everything you’d need.All in all, it served a purpose and was an average experience, but I wouldn’t recommend it and I wouldn’t stay here again.

We were here as part of the Berlin Marathon. The location is perfect. It is not far to the Reichstag (start) and the main station. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired (also suitable for vegans). The rooms are clean and stylishly furnished.

Nice hotel, very good service from the staff, about 10 minutes on foot from the main train station, otherwise about 5 minutes by bus from the main train station, for a negative point that breakfast is only available from 7 a.m.Nice roof terrace.
