The facility is simple, clean, convenient and comfortable from start to finish. Parking is available and sufficient. There are markets nearby. Automatic check-in and check-out is very convenient, and the receptionist is also very kind and helpful.The rooms are large, clean, comfortable, the kitchen and furniture are useful, there is coffee and a coffee machine, towels, linens, everything is new and of high quality.The only problem is that it does not allow for stays less than 5 days :(

We stayed here for 18 days. It's a very new, good looking hotel with self check in/out. The location is a little bit away from the city center, but you can find everything nearby (shops, bars, etc). In the beginning the rooms were clear, the bedsheets were changed frequently. Two small minus points: they did not clean the sink and the mirror in the bathroom until the end of my stay and sometimes I could hear other people snoring from the rooms next to mine at night. Other than that it was a perfect stay, the AC was working and also there are free parking places next to the hotel.

the rooms are fine...everything you need...the TV only has the standard programs...if you try to use a media stick...problems arise...since no one is ever there...you are left with the problem..the cleanliness could be better.....see the pictures...The parking problem is particularly big...if you drive a larger van...you'll just be parked in...Nobody cares...There is simply no contact person in the hotel... who takes care of the people... day and night...

The apartments themselves are completely fine, they have a small kitchenette where some equipment was missing. Different pot sizes, a pan, cutlery for 3-4People and enough plates of all varieties available. There is also a kettle and a capsule coffee machine and there are two microwaves in the lobby downstairs at the entrance. The room sizes are absolutely okay, the TV and WiFi work and the bathroom is also okay in terms of size. You can also adjust the heating or air conditioning using a controller.In my opinion, the check-in was child's play, you are sent a code with which you can open the front door, you then log in at the check-in machine and can have the cards activated for the other doors. In theIn the basement there is a room with washing machines, dryers, clothes racks and ironing stations, as well as a room where you can take bed linen, towels and toilet paper yourself. LIDL, Aldi, Rewe and DM are also within walking distance and Heidelberg City is just 30 minutes away. (with public transport)Negative: (but I was aware of it because I looked at the surroundings beforehand) the street noise. There is a company next to ACORA that starts at 7 in the morning. There is also a truck company in the street that drives through there with several vehicles every day and because of the shopping opportunities there is also a lot of car traffic. Unfortunately the windows are not really insulated, even when the windows are closed you can hear the noise. The refrigerator also often hums quite loudly. If you are a light sleeper, Oropax would be better.Unfortunately, cleaning also leaves a lot to be desired. The sink was absolutely not cleaned and neither were the shower fittings, it remains stained and dusty and you just get new towels on the sink that hasn't been cleaned.Conclusion at the end: The hotel itself is okay, but it doesn't hurt if you buy cleaning cloths and prefer to clean yourself.

Very new building, which promises a lot but is let down by minor details. There are not enough power points! Only a single socket by each bed, so how can you plug in both the reading light and a phone charger? Coffee machine and kettle are provided in the kitchen, but only a single power point! Why only an 800W kettle? Takes forever to boil.Good bright lighting, even the bedside lights are actually bright enough to be useful, unlike in many hotels. Full marks!Don't loose your entry PIN! Desire a label implying otherwise, your room card will not open the main door! We got locked out just after we arrive because of this.

Booked through airbnb. First message from the host (Andreas) after booking; This was excellent contact and also smooth. Things became dramatic when we wanted to change our booking (1 night less; 3 nights instead of 4).The conditions for the accommodation on Airbnb clearly stated that we could change (even cancel) our booking for a certain date free of charge.Please inform the host before this date that you wish to change the booking. However, we received no response. Airbnb got involved, but they couldn't even get in touch with the host. We often called Airbnb and spoke to many people, but everything came down to waiting for the host to respond.The host had read the messages before. But the host didn't respond for three weeks! With the information that changing the booking would not have been possible anyway.The host stated that it was in the conditions. Consciously waited with review on Airbnb (to give him a chance to come up with a solution). Asked if she wanted to refund our night and advised to look at the conditions. But no further response (though read).I never actually write a review if I am dissatisfied, but for this situation I will make an exception. This is just really not okay.This was not all; Once at the accommodation we could not enter; we didn't have the code. But we could not reach the host (and Acora). We were lucky that another guest helped us get in.We still hope to reach Acora via this route; and get our money back from the last night. And we will certainly adjust our review accordingly.Room and location were fine, the contact was dramatic (or rather, there was none at all). We are disappointed!Please refund our money and change the conditions via airnbnb for the next guest! This made our trip to Heidelberg less enjoyable (often calling Airbnb in between, always a new person).We'd love to hear from you Acora!

We stayed here for three nights and there was enough space in the room.However, we arrived and found ourselves in front of a locked door, which is obvious when there is no staff. However, we didn't get a code and couldn't get in. Then another guest opened the door for us. When we arrived in the room, the temperatures were like being in a sauna, but the heating wasn't self-explanatory and we couldn't turn it down.After we came back after our trip, we found ourselves in front of a locked door again, which couldn't be opened with the room card, and no one could answer the specified 24/7.The room isn't completely clean either, there are broken nails and all the hair on the carpet, I wouldn't walk around here without socks, and there was also long black hair in the shower.

Dirty rooms and no service, you contact them and they do not offer any solution. From what I have seen in comments, it is their way of working, ignoring clients until they leave the hotel. I have been at the hotel for 4 days and I still have no response from Acora customer service. Of course, they have entered my room twice and taken things from the refrigerator, but they have not cleaned anything.I will never return to this place, nor will I ever recommend it again!

The room is really nice and modern. Location is also good with a short walk to both bus and tram for the center.But, the service provided is really poor.We got the room cleaned 3 times during our 7 weeks stay. Once they even left the door open for anyone to enter our room after they cleaned it. Since we where not I the room, the door was opened for many hours.They claim that there always is towels and sheets in the laundry room, but usually it is empty there.The washing machines does not have an app where you can pay, instead you have to pay with cash. We lost 5 euros due to this, since the machine took our coins without starting.Check out time is at 12:00, but they deactivated our cards around 10:00.Internet is also bad and disconnects by it self a couple of times per day.

The aircondition did not function and was not fixed after multiple complains. There is no room cleaning. Not enough electrical outlets in the room and none in the bathroom. The hotel is far from the center and you need a bus drive of 20 minutes. The bus arrives every 20 minutes.

No staff on site.New hotel.Very well furnished.Technically absolutely modern (air conditioning), internet.Check upon move-in. Cleaning deficiencies.Hair in the bed and toothbrush cups.Chrome parts limescale spots.Ceiling panel open. Dishes, especially pots, were not clean.The hotel is around 3.5 km from the old town.Shopping Rewe, Aldi 300m within walking distance.
