- very spacious room with a very good mattress, separate sitting area and spacious bathroom- nice breakfast with lots of variety: I requested gluten-free and received some slices of gluten-free bread every day, both white bread and one with seeds. I was really looking forward to a gluten-free butter cookie on Sunday, but luckily the young man gave me a gluten-free croissant twice- very friendly staff: from reception to breakfast to chamber maids, thank you for their good care- easy to visit the Altstadt from here, take a boat trip, take the bus to Ladenburg, sail by boat to Neckargemünd, walk the Philosophenweg, have something to eat, within walking distance you are at the Alte Brücke- disadvantage of good accessibility at Bismarckplatz: a lot of noise, but solved with earplugs

A nice hotel, directly adjacent to the pedestrian zone. All of the sights were within walking distance for us.The rooms are quite small but tastefully decorated. Unfortunately, the windows are not entirely modern and that makes it noisy.The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and sufficient. What is particularly noteworthy here is the good bread and the selection of rolls.The service was friendly and we would choose the hotel again and again.

Small hotel with beautifully furnished rooms, right on the pedestrian zone. There was no need to use the car, everything was within walking distance. Paid underground parking around the corner. The breakfast buffet had everything you and your wife need for a good start to the day. Very friendly and attentive staff. Great value for money.

Small hotel in a very good location for the old town. The rooms are large and very clean, a small refrigerator in the room would have been nice. The breakfast buffet was good, it was always freshly replenished.Unfortunately there is no elevator and you have to climb 66 steps to the 3rd floor.The rooms on the street side are very noisy due to the frequent trams. If you are sensitive, you should keep this in mind.All in all, the hotel is recommended.

A small hotel with everything you need for a short stay. The breakfast was good and our double room was large enough and very clean. Room service was daily and very good. The location is excellent, central and close to the old town. The old town can be reached on foot in two minutes. I recommend a room at the back as there is a large intersection in front of the building.

Ideal location at the foot of tram 5 which connects the station to the hotel and you can immediately reach the old town.The decoration of the room conforms to the description and is clean.The bedding is good and the staff is friendly.The breakfast is varied, but in terms of scrambled eggs and bacon, it needs to be reviewed, because it is cold or too hard for the bacon.Be careful, there may be noise from the trams for the rooms located on the front, which is a little attenuated for the rooms facing the courtyard where you can feel the vibrations from the trams.

Nice hotel, clean, very friendly staff, centrally located at the bus station. You have to park in public parking garages, of which there are several in the surrounding area. The trams that all approach the bus station make unpleasant noises - squeaking and rumbling. Not necessarily a problem with the windows closed, especially if you have a room facing the inner courtyard.

The trams are right in the center right in front of the hotel. Therefore a bit loud.Rooms don't have air conditioning which makes them very warm. Are heated up from the day. With a bit of street noise you have to ventilate them first.Breakfast was very good, good selection, nothing to complain about.There is no elevator, it's no fun with lots of pastries.No parking space available. Parking is only possible in the nearby parking garages. There is no discount for parking.As it looks, the house is a listed building, which means that major renovations are definitely not possible.It was enough for the business trip. If you take into account the parking fees, you can also take a hotel for 20-30 euros more and then save yourself the parking garage.

Great hotel with a great central location. It's a bit older, not a classic modern hotel, but it has absolute charm. The staff was friendly and accommodating, everything was clean, the breakfast buffet was sufficient and tasty and our room was large.The only point of criticism: our window faced the city and unfortunately it was quite loud outside.

Nice hotel in a central location: close to the old town, all public transport on the doorstep. Therefore, logically not completely quiet. The room and bathroom were large enough and everything was very well maintained. Breakfast was very good with branded and partly organic products. Staff friendly and helpful. Good choice!

Rooms and location great.Unfortunately no own parking space. Parking garages in the nearby area cost around €17-20 per day.If you are staying for a longer period of time, we recommend a free parking space, e.g. B. at the measuring site and from there take the tram to the hotel. (costs €3 per trip)

Right in the center. Practically furnished room - no balcony. Breakfast good. Smoking area is not covered!No elevator! And therefore not suitable for disabled people - breakfast room on the first floor.No parking space available. Parking is only possible in the nearby parking garage for 16.00 euros. Unfortunately the price-performance ratio wasn't right - I would still use it again because of the location right in the center.
