Feels cheated. HahaIt seemed like I was running back and forth for more than an hour looking for a place in the apartment. There are 4 different contacts listed on Traveloka, Google, etc., none of them can be contacted.After searching, I found him in apartment building B, 21st floor, unit 2112. Yes, I took the initiative and went straight to the room. It turns out you can't, you have to use an access card to enter the elevator. I tried calling the capsleep number again, but there was still no response. After waiting for a long time, finally another apartment resident took the elevator to the 23rd floor, so I quickly got on board. Arriving at the 23rd floor, continue down using the stairs. Finally arrived at Capsleep's room. My mood is already messed up, but that's okay, the important thing is to get there, rest inside, maybe later I'll get back to normal.Arriving at the Capsleep room, it's really like a normal apartment door. The door was closed and locked. I knocked several times, no answer. I called the contact number again but there was no answer. I waited for an hour, knocked on the door again, called again, still no answer.Never mind, I finally decided to look for another place and refund my booking on Traveloka. Turns out it couldn't be refunded. This is my fault for not checking the refund first.So far this is my worst staycation experience. I was lost for almost 3 hours without any clarity trying Capsleep. Hopefully Capsleep management can be more serious about handling consumers and no more consumers will be harmed. Finally I had a staycation at VK PODS Pascal which was comfortable and the service was much better.

Well if you don't require privacy. If you are tight on your budget and if you wish just to have a place to take a nap than this place is definitely for you.The loaction is really near for Ciwalk. If you are travelling with big bird shuttle from Jakarta to Bandung or the way around then this might be a perfect place.It is located at 21st floor of an appartment. It is one of the appartment's unit. It has many "capsules" to share.The bath room is quite small, so is everything. There is always somebody to assist you during your stay, that means you'll never be on your own in that room. You also have to share your rooms with the other (just kept that in mind). If you are going out, and when you have returned then you are required to call the assistant to pick you up.The room was not cold nor hot. You could read or sleep inside the capsule. But the marvelous is the price is amazingly affordable for someone who only need a place to sleep and clean itself.That's what I think about this place

Location: Very hard to find. Position inside the apartment where access to the inside must be through a guard. Access to places to eat is difficult. There is a path leading to the animal park area via stone stairs, but there seems to be little traffic and it is dark without lights. This road used to be busy in 2013 when this apartment was just built. But access to Gojek Grab is fast because many people hang out in front of the apartment.Facilities: There is enough support for a day and night's stay. The narrow bathroom can only make necessary movements. Drinks, warm water, coffee and snacks are available.Room: single person room equipped with mini fan, light, power plug. There are pillows and blankets. The size is around 110cm, enough for a skinny person like me. But if you're a bit full or sleep badly, maybe it's better to take a double room.Convenience: The security side provides lockers for items. In and out of the room you are given a key. However, if you leave the apartment you still have to call the guard because elevator access in the form of a card is only given to the guard. The room is not soundproof so chatter from other rooms can be heard and voices in the hallway can also be heard.Overall, because I only needed a bed suddenly because of an independent work trip, people are easy to sleep in noisy situations, the nights are not busy going in and out for culinary and other things, so this place is enough for an overnight stopover when traveling.

Honestly, the place was quite hard to find, it's inside an apartment... And it's actually the hotel is using one of room in the apartment. So in order to find this hotel, you kinda need to contact the house keeper, which i don't know took long enough to meet me downstairs (almost 45 minutes). I guess there's no booking system here for the house keeper because they asked me to show my booking through traveloka app cause they themselves kinda not have any data... Not a very good first impression i guess, i still don't know though if its worth the price cause as soon as arrive here.. i write this review

Very bad service. We have waiting for 1 hour to meet the house keeper. Then, the housekeeper informs us that the room was full. Very not recommended. Finally we must find another hotel
