Moderate. Partly because we had a room with a lot of deferred maintenance. ||Shower/toilet,,, not much bigger than a closet. Toilet drain not completely closed. …

Room is a bit outdated. Food, drinks and staff are excellent. Nothing to complain about. More than enough.

Just having a beer was not possible, the system did not allow it, which is a shame.

Cozy hotel with friendly owners. Very good price/performance ratio. It's a shame they'll be quitting at the end of the year, we hope their successor will keep the vibe. Have been there twice and really enjoyed it. Hans and Nadien, thank you for your hospitality.Great hotel with wonderful characteristics. Hele good price/quality delivery. It's a shame that he has to stop every year, we hope that he will soon be able to get out of the way. It was not reported twice and the result was graded. Hans and Nadien, thanks for Julie's hospitality.

The initially positive impression of the location of the hotel and the hospitality that we were able to check in at a later date quickly changed after we moved into our room. It started when the door was warped and you could see into the room through a crack. The sink was in the room and the bathroom door didn't lock or even close! The ceiling lamp was holed and dirty. There was hair on the bed and a look at the mattresses, which were completely dirty and stained, didn't make it any better. Unfortunately you can't share pictures here! The breakfast was below standard. No selection of different types of rolls. Everything bought at the discount store next door. It wasn't reminiscent of a hotel breakfast but more of a Sunday breakfast at home. I've never experienced anything like this in a hotel! The buffet dinner started with no soup left for us because we served ourselves after the other hotel guests. When asked, the waitress replied: “Oh, then one guest probably ate 2 cups”.At least an apology would have been appropriate here! The selection from the buffet was very limited. The only type of meat available was chicken and nothing was labeled. This resulted in us having salad dressing and curry ketchup on our meal. The side dishes didn't taste good either and probably came from a bag at Aldi rather than someone cooking them. The employees helped themselves to the buffet while the guests were eating and ate a few tables away. In my opinion, something like that is not possible!Especially when there was no more soup left: “One guest ate two”?!There has been a dead fly on the buffet table since Friday and when it was still there after the 3rd day: the question of poor hygiene really comes up.We contacted the tour operator we booked through directly because that really isn't possible! Our request: Better book another hotel! Even if the location on the lake is really tempting, the rest is just unsatisfactory and poor.Best regards
