Very nice hotel, great location! Staff is friendly and helpful. We were 2 couples and the rooms were fantastic. Price performance fits. Upon request, the nice lady at reception gave us recommendations in the old town. We'd love to come back.

Unfortunately very disappointing. The lady at the reception and the grim man behind her were not particularly friendly. The difference in our voucher (more than 100 euros) was withheld without further explanation. When asked, the lady acted aggressively. To date there has been no response to my email. Heidelberg is beautiful, but unfortunately we cannot recommend this hotel.

Great location - easy walk to all our favorite spots. The staff was friendly and helpful and very accommodating on early arrival and late check out. Delicious breakfast. Beds comfortable and room very clean. Loved the view of the river and the room was very quiet. Lovely hospitality.

Nice little hotel. Good location in the old town. However, on a busy street on the banks of the Neckar. As long as the windows are closed and it's ok for 2 nights.Comfortable bed, nice staff, good breakfast with vegetarian options (there is also oat milk) for a fair price.I would stay there again.

A wonderful place to stay! The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The location is right in the middle of downtown so we were able to walk to everything. The only challenge was that we were on the top floor, so you don't have full heights on the ceilings and therefore you have to duck your head a lot. But the top floor also offered great views of the river. Totally recommend!

a nice little city hotel, very friendly and nice staff. The room we slept in was rather small but more than sufficient for our purposes. The hotel is located directly on a busy road. However, as long as the windows remain closed, you won't notice it.The breakfast is very worth mentioning. A lot of it is homemade and super tasty.Unfortunately there is no parking space for bicycles. The staff tried very hard to show us public places where we could park the bike.

Very nice little hotel. Nice rooms, nice staff, very good breakfast. Absolutely recommended. Parking only possible in the nearby parking garage. No storage space for bicycles. Both are communicated in this way when booking.
