Finally experienced what it is in TOP RATED GOOGLE PRANK. The room was not ready when we entered the room and there were several dirty and dusty parts. So, when you want to come, make sure to contact or confirm with the homestay before arriving... because we couldn't confirm from the homestay that the room was ready. I was only informed that it had been booked because of confirmation of payment. Some parts of the room also need maintenance because they are fragile or not sturdy so it is a bit of a safety hazard, the AC is not cold enough, the room on the top floor with short, steep stairs is not suitable for small children or the elderly.Even though the owner is kind and friendly, the natural view from the room is also good, free water refills and smart TV, but when you enter from the fence into the room it is beyond expectations.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. Comfortable, clean and beautiful place. The bathroom is clean and spacious, there is a water heater. The bed is clean and spacious. There is a television, dressing table, and a small nightstand for storing things. For those who want to stay a few days in Bandung, this is highly recommended.

For those who are first timers, it is recommended to take the grab car/go car point at the Fazza Tikukur pharmacy, from there walk into the gate, turn right in the first alley, the location is really right between the intersections. The owner of holy tea is very friendly, any questions he asks are answered well. Water and TV problems can be resolved quickly and well. The room is located on the 3rd floor, the condition is clean, the AC is cold, there is a bolster and 2 pillows, 1 blanket, there are lots of hangers for clothes and trousers, 1 prayer mat, soap and towels are available for bathing, 2 cups for making tea and coffee on the ground floor .The minus is that there is no car parking, it is in front of the pharmacy but the pay per day is 15-25 thousand, for motorbike parking there are only 4-5 motorbikes available (you have to confirm first before coming here).A marriage certificate is mandatory for the couple to bring. There is no curfew, you are free to go out and come home at any time.In front of the homestay in the morning there is yellow rice, from midday to evening there is meatball chicken noodles, the road to the front is a pharmacy and Indomaret, to the right in the morning there is chicken porridge, serabi, in the evening there is chicken/goat satay, to the right again there is a cafe for coffee, close to the jogging track for those who like jogging.Want to go to the satay building nearby, to Lembang nearby. Will come back here next time I come to Bandung again. Highly recommended. For those who bring a car, carry a lot of luggage and are overweight, you can think again. For backpackers, it is very suitable.

Didn't stay overnight because there was no car park. Parking far away with surrounding colors. The location is not really recommended. Go inside. This is not a hotel, but just a form of accommodation at that price on Traveloka, it's better to look for another one. There is no parking here for security.

The first time I came, I was still a little doubtful whether this was really a homestay because it was quiet. Greetings, no one heard, immediately opened the gate, then pressed the bell near the door. a few seconds later the door opened, I was greeted kindly by the mother who owns the homestay/house (yes this is true" friendly not sarcastic even though I like to be sarcastic. It looks quiet outside but there is warmth inside)..Then he was shown the room. nice, big, clean, comfortable, soft mattress. the bathroom is clean, the water runs smoothly, doesn't smell, there is hot water..I was shocked when I came down, wow there was a tiger. I don't know what his name is, a big fat cat...No need to be afraid of going hungry, there is lots of food/drink. I was tired of walking, my legs were weak, it was quiet in front of the homestay, there were really people selling food. In the morning there was someone selling uduk rice + yellow rice, in the afternoon it was a meatball seller + chicken noodles. 200 meters walk to the puter field, there's lots of food (don't forget to try the sempol which is near the Al Manar mosque. The sellers appear at 2 pm to evening. I think it's delicious). If you want evening culinary delights and more food, you can walk towards Jalan Japati (400 meters from the homestay, not far). There are many food and drink sellers there. Want something heavy or even just a cup of coffee? There I tried the kalio ananda duck (the duck was delicious, not tough. The taste was good, the price was ok. Don't forget to ask for extra chili sauce)..There's no car parking at the homestay but I'm looking for it. Near Indomaret there are cars in the parking lot. I asked the guy who parked there. How much does it cost to park a car here per night? Answered: 20,000...150 meter limit for cars (yes in the car park)..who has a friendly homestay". Starting from mother, father, children, son-in-law to good"...want to jog? Close to Gasibu...safe? I think it's safe..If the meatball seller says here, they also offer boarding houses for girls. For further information, please contact directly...
