A beautiful hotel with lovingly designed rooms. Quietly located, right next to the old town of Brilon. Nice staff and friendly owner. Breakfast is also good. We travel to Brilon twice a year for work and Rech is our first choice.

We booked the vintage car room for two nights. Great, spacious room with a balcony. The staff friendly and accommodating. You feel welcome from the first moment. You can eat excellently in the attached restaurant and the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. 5 stars are actually not enough for the rating. We will come back.

We went hiking in the Brilon area and booked two nights at the Hotel Rech. The hotel is nicely done. Our room was big enough and had everything you needed. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is sufficient and everyone should find something here. The hotel's location on the edge of the old town is good for exploring. However, the hotel is also located on a busy street with corresponding noise. Therefore not the full number of stars for the location. One reason for choosing the hotel was the hotel's own restaurant. We didn't take advantage of this due to the food on offer. The selection is very limited and the dishes tend to be higher priced. However, there are plenty of restaurants nearby where you can get great food.

Very nice hotel. We arrived late at night because our booked hotel did not open. Then just look for something nearby where there is still a light on.We told them that we had to wait a while and that we might want to stay in a room. This was no problem at all, we were kindly offered a beer while waiting. The bar was already closed, but she was happy to make an exception for this.Ultimately we were unable to contact another hotel, so we stayed here overnight.Nice spacious room, good breakfast and above all super friendly!Thank you very much hotel Rech!

I started my hiking holiday here at the Hotel Rech in Brilon. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and of a high standard. Above all, I would particularly like to mention the great cuisine and the rich breakfast! I'd love to come back.LG N.

A beautiful, pretty hotel including a very, very tasty restaurant (and breakfast). Directly opposite the entrance to the old town of Brilon, which is well worth seeing. To feel good! Family-run, owner-managed, a gem.

We rented the holiday apartment. The apartment is well equipped, bright and friendly. There is a bedroom with a large double bed, a children's room with a comfortable bed and a rickety extra bed, which does not live up to its name. A thin and far too soft mattress even for a child. It urgently belongs in the bulky waste. Unfortunately, the holiday apartment faces the street on all sides. Leaving windows open at night means waking up early and listening to the traffic. It's a shame, that's why we wouldn't book them again. The children's room is also far too bright at night despite the roller blind. When the window is open, the lantern across the street seems too pure. Breakfast is sufficient but boring on the fourth day as there is no variety.Unfortunately the restaurant only deserves three stars. That's what we were hoping for. The rump steaks were ordered rare and medium rare. It was served medium and well done. The asparagus dish was perfect. The starters were good but not as special as we expected.

Excellent hotel, very clean and decorated with an eye for detail. Friendly people. Only coffee and tea facilities in the lobby for a fee, no soft drinks, wine or beer vending machines. The restaurant and reception are no longer open after 10 p.m. and you cannot have a drink on the balcony or in the room. Shame. I also missed something hospitable in the room, such as water or fruit. Or a blanket and water bowl/chew for the dog. That would put the finishing touches on it. That's not a very cheap nightly price. Breakfast was tasty and well prepared.

Nice and nicely decorated hotel.Rooms are nice and tidy. Breakfast is completely sufficient and a very nice dining room. The breakfast times could be a little different, unfortunately 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. an hour longer which is great. Nice service at breakfast. Sauna 1.5 hours costs 10.00 euros per person. Hotel is recommended. Free parking at the hotel. Unfortunately no cafe. Top WiFi.
