Rooms very worn and outdated. Booked through Booking.com, so we didn't get a 2 person room, but 2 single rooms, this came out 5 hours before arrival.There was construction work in the house on Saturday, so taking a nap etc wasn't particularly pleasant. All of this for 2 people, 2 people for 190 euros is almost semi. Will not book again. Cleaners nice.

We were in the old building. Unfortunately the rooms are very shabby. But the bed and bathroom are very clean and there is everything you need. There is no TV and no breakfast but WiFi. It was okay for just staying overnight.

In one sentence: value for money. Consists of an older and newer part, but in both cases excellent rooms (the bathrooms of the new building are great!). No unnecessary luxury or anything like that, but just very nice and exactly what you need for a night, and that for a competitive price and very nice, helpful service. The only option for breakfast is missing, but with a bakery just down the street, that's not a disaster. Location just above Dortmund is perfect; you can get to the city in no time and it is a bit quieter in Lünen. Thanks for our stay!

Everything was fine, especially the woman at the reception was so nice and friendly, it's not often that you get an easy check-in. THANK YOU again and again

So I've been there for 3 nights and I have to say, if you need anything, ask Mrs. Amal Lerni, she's helpful and extremely friendly.It can happen that you are missing towels, you can untie them immediately and get them.I was in the old building, it was really nice, clean and tidy and it smelled really good there.

No bed sheet. Arrived late so there's no one I can even ask.Also the bedside lamp was disconnected from the outlet, peeling wallpaper, and the nightstand drawer was wonky (pieces pulled apart). Easily fixed by pushing the pieces back together, but overall gives the impression that they really don't care and makes me wonder about the hygienic status of the naked bed I now have to sleep on.

Rooms are clean and adequately furnished, staff is friendly and helpful, the bathroom is tidy but slightly moldy in some corners (especially in the shower area) since we had the night shift, it is too quiet during the day with only a window (but not recommended at 30 degrees) otherwise very busy and loud even though it is in the back yard

Since I was only there for a few hours at night, I can't say much. The hotel is well located, everything was clean, the hosts were very nice and accommodating when it came to cancellations. I was in the old building, everything was a bit older, but intact and clean. All in all it was good and very cheap.

- no breakfast (very unpleasant as an assembly worker), not even coffee- no warm water in the shower (also very unpleasant if you're looking forward to a warm shower in the evening (before 8 p.m.) after work)- TV also broken- Check in & check out short and painless 👍🏻

We were very spontaneously looking for a room for one night.We received a friendly and uncomplicated welcome and were able to go straight to our simple but very comfortable room after paying. Everything is clean and in good condition.We would like to come back if necessary.Thank you very much!

Basic and rather small rooms, no breakfast. Fantastic staff, very helpful and incredibly friendly! Easiest check-in and check-out. Bus station is very closely nearby.

Good restaurant, inexpensive rooms and the food tastes like your mother's!!From what I noticed today - the employees were busy evacuating the hotel, or at least that's what it seemed like!If I find out more about it, I will publish it here and make it accessible to anyone who is interested.
