Unfortunately, attempts are made again and again to delete bad reviews. We have visited the Asador several times and each time there have been some problems. We were brought a beer three times, which was supposed to be non-alcoholic. Twice it was a wheat and once an alcoholic pilsner! Food was also delivered incorrectly twice and was too expensive.

The 1 steak was raw. The other folded up. That with a 300g fillet? You probably don't know what a fillet looks like and you think the customer won't notice. It's so expensive and a very unfriendly male service staff. There were no complaints, service simply stopped. That was the last time with you. Hello el rancho 😬

We were there for the first time, our daughter lives there. The hotel is relatively new and quite modern. We liked it very much, we will go there again. The food was very good, as was the service. Breakfast this morning was served to us very lovingly, very attentively

Unfortunately, the restaurant is very allergy-unfriendly. We asked various employees several times about an allergen menu, but they simply responded with confusion and pointed out that there was only what was on the normal menu. (The question wasn't about an "extra" menu, but an allergen menu) The normal menu says that if you have allergies, you should contact the staff and they will then help you. Unfortunately it didn't happen. We asked what gluten free options were available and two employees didn't even know what gluten was and confused it with lactose. Finally, when we wanted to order dessert, we again asked another employee if any of the dishes contained gluten. He then replied that he didn't know and had to check the packaging because they buy the souffles from the Metro. (In the end, he never did this and we left without dessert). Considering that an allergen menu is mandatory in restaurants, this situation is very questionable and problematic for people with life-threatening allergies

After spending several nights on a business trip, I unfortunately realize that the location has aged significantly in all areas. The food in the restaurant is still very good. The breakfast is spartan, which is enough for me. The rooms are small and functional.

At first glance the hotel seemed very nice and stylish. However, upon closer inspection, you notice that this is more of a facade and not quality. The rooms are okay, but you would wish for more for the price. We were there for one night and that was enough for us. I cannot recommend this hotel for a real vacation.

Spent one night at the Hotel Asador.For the price of €99 an outrageous mini breakfast.When checking out, the big thing: cash payment 100 euros, with card 120 euros, although according to the internet the room costs 99 euros. Considering that the entire hotel was booked for an event, the prices were very generous.Everything there seems very stylish, but when you take a closer look everything is just cheap and unloving.

Overnight stay booked for two people because of a wedding party, allocation on arrival very difficult, room taken for one person, towels only for one person, toilet dirty, there was dust and screws in the bedside table, escape route markings torn and attached with medical plaster, no hairdryer in the bathroom, Toilet visible through clear glass pane, not recommended for an overnight stay with two people. We were in a larger group and everyone had the same topics.

We regularly eat here with a larger group and have never been disappointed - very good and attentive service, delicious food that everyone almost always gets at the same time. Even special requests are never a problem here. Last time we had to move completely indoors due to a thunderstorm - this wasn't a problem at all. We always feel comfortable here and are happy to come back.

We ate there for the second time, about a year apart, and unfortunately we can't share the positive reviews. The quality of the preparation does not correspond to the prices, the ambience or the external appearance. The grilled dishes were always far too dry and sometimes almost burnt, not really edible, which is a shame. The sauces don't really correspond to what the menu promises (e.g. the basil white wine sauce). The only things that were recommended were dessert and espresso. The service was also not particularly attentive and a bit disorganized.Conclusion: Price-performance ratio is anything but adequate, not worth another visit for us.
