Great hotel right on the market square. Beautiful old half-timbered house, the rooms are individually designed. Very nice, courteous host. Great breakfast. Many restaurants within walking distance. Gladly again!

The hotel, located directly on the market square, is very centrally located, so that you can reach all of Brilon's sights and localities on foot. The breakfast buffet was rich and left nothing to be desired.

Good:Rooms were clean and well maintained. Also relatively large.Service:Well, what can you say…. The fact that check-in at 7 p.m. was no longer possible in person was a gift.What I didn't like was the lack of staff. You wait at reception at 8 in the morning to check out. An employee who speaks German poorly explains that someone will be there in 5 minutes. After more than 10 minutes someone was there. This can be solved better, especially since most check outs certainly take place at breakfast time.A really big drawback: data protection. Check-in was done using a PIN on the night safe. So far nothing unusual... however, all the keys were in the safe along with a note and the names of the guests. Data protection is a big problem.

My husband and I were there from April 25th. - 04/28/24 there. Everything TOP. Very nice staff and a very nice boss. The Panorama Room was cozy and even had a balcony. The breakfast was very good and tasty. From there everything was easy to reach on foot. If you wanted to go out for dinner in the evening, you couldn't decide... because there was no shortage of restaurants. It wasn't the last time we were there. It's worth it.👍👍

In the middle of town, a wonderful starting point for hikes, bike tours or just because... the hotel has really modern, large rooms. A bright, clean bathroom, comfortable beds, not sagging.The staff is attentive and very helpful.And the breakfast is terrific. The perfect place to start a beautiful day.We recommend it 100%

It is a lovely hotel that has remained true to the times. It is located right on the market square, next to the town hall. The charm is unique. Also the staff. Or should I say, the person. :) I only saw one employee at a time, which certainly doesn't make it easy with the service. But it was still nice. It's not your typical hotel. Gladly again.

Very good location in Brilon. Unfortunately there are only two packing places available, which is why the location only has four stars. But it's a perfect place for a cozy evening. The breakfast buffet is very rich, fresh and delicious.Would love to come back.
