Don't ever go to this place!!! Orders via Oyo are said to be no longer working together. But still open at Oyo. Then there is no solution.The waiter just said the employee couldn't provide any solution.Not Recommended!!

I booked via Oyo, the hotel said it had not been cooperating for a long time and had to be offline and paid double from the application. From the moment you entered, you were promised towels and soap but they weren't delivered. Checked again at the receptionist, there was no one until the morning to check out, there were also no towels and soap

Ordered via the application, when it arrived it wasn't accepted on the grounds that it was no longer working with Oyo, so security said they had to pay again offline, around 200 thousand, that's it, the consumer's money that had already gone to Oyo was not handled by the hotel management, instead they were told to call themselves to Oyo... but there was still a receptionist who was kind enough to give me a few hours extension, so I didn't give 1 star

This guest house is really outrageous, in Oyo it's called Kandaga Guset House. I ordered via Agoda, they said they no longer cooperate with any application. Checked in when I got there at 12 o'clock because when I turned around the maps didn't match and there weren't any lights, so I looked around until I went around... Imagine my intention for the day was to go straight to rest because after the seminar, I wasted all the rest I had so I ended up running around looking for lodging that was on the sport. Contact on Google where the OYO CS number is listed, when I asked for a refund I was told to contact AGODA CS, called Agoda and said I couldn't refund because it was already past the check in date. Better to go to tr*v*lok*. If a hotel has a problem like this, the APK will immediately provide a replacement hotel right away.

It's better to search for another hotel because I already booked via the application on the day of cancelation because the rooms were full. Bad management is not recommended. I checked the application and I was still able to book and there were no problems. As a result, I moved to another hotel. Yes, the point is *look for another hotel*
