I was really annoyed with the service, actually friendly, but at that time I extended my payment at 1 o'clock, because I went downstairs to get food so I didn't go back and forth downstairs, but I'd already WAS and I paid all the way downstairs, but I paid late the next day and didn't get breakfast. , it's happened twice before I asked and they said it had been knocked, no one opened it, even though I woke up in my room at 5 o'clock and had breakfast at 8 o'clock, even though I was given breakfast in the front side of the room, it was strange!!!I've been staying there for 1 week but there's no explanation, I won't be going there again.

Overall, in my opinion, it's good for that price, standard and very helpful in sudden situations. Hot shower, bath soap, toothbrush, towel, drinking water are available. There is also a TV. Not bad for sudden hotel needs, this is very helpful. The minus is that the blanket is too thin and small. The security guard is a plus point. He is friendly and very helpful. Even though he didn't need help getting the vehicle out, he tried to help get it out.In the morning I got breakfast, even though it was fried egg and white rice but it was not bad for the price of 200 thousand. Next time we come here again if we have another business trip. Thank you thr Bougenvile hotel ❤️

the location is strategic...but my goodness, this is not a cheap price, you know. price per night 350 thousand. You should get a standard and comfortable room for sleeping... but there's no kettle, you can only drink... the middle mattress is cold... the air conditioner is really noisy... luckily I just booked one night, because my husband said he was afraid the hotel wouldn't meet his expectations. .. and it turns out it really doesn't meet expectations..It's just the three of me who are staying, my husband and children, wow

Breakfast should be varied every morning, not just fried rice without side dishes, for example an omelet or Kentucky chicken. Or there is also a menu of yellow rice with egg/chicken with Balinese spices.

The room is clean, the air is cold, the mattress is comfortable even though the pillow is flat😁. With a price of 200k, this hotel is really worth choosing as a budget but satisfying hotel. The staff is also friendlyDisadvantages:- Toilet flush takes a really long time- The direction of turning the hot water faucet is changed (you should give a sign if it doesn't match the faucet logo)
