We stayed at the hotel for 1 night. On arrival we were warmly welcomed, the room was very clean and well maintained, the next morning there was a good breakfast, even our dog was allowed to come into the breakfast room.

We came across this hotel by chance because everything in the city center was full. Great location on the golf course. Great breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired! We would check in here again in a heartbeat.

I was there one night. The staff was nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and without complaints. The opportunity to have a drink in the winter garden in the evening (24/7 machine) was very pleasant. Special requests for breakfast were taken into account.Gladly there again.

We stayed at the Loft Hotel for a weekend. The location is outside the city area in the countryside. Next door is a golf course with a great restaurant.Ideal for everyone who is close to nature and prefers peace and quiet.The rooms are clean and sufficiently large. The breakfast is lovingly prepared, rich and with a large selection.The service is attentive and very friendly.

I was a bit skeptical after reading some of the reviews here, but was really pleasantly surprised.The owner probably changed a year ago and most of the bad reviews probably relate to the time before that.The breakfast buffet was great (fruit, vegetables, tomatoes & mozzarella, sausage, cheese, cereal, scrambled eggs, croissants,...) really better than in some more expensive restaurants. The location is beautiful, I could see the golf course opposite from my room, the room was clean and there are shutters on the windows.Unfortunately, the doors are very noisy, so I had to put in earplugs in the morning when the first guests came out of the rooms, but to be honest I only know that better from the very large hotel chains, most small hotels simply don't have any soundproofing.Parking is free and right in front of the hotel.Opposite at the golf club you can have a nice meal, the service there was really above average and the food was okay.All in all really okay and I would/will probably stay there again.

Very nice staff. Very good breakfast. There is something for everyone. There is a beautiful view from the breakfast room. There is a nice terrace. The room was good and clean.

We were there for a birthday breakfast after making a reservation by phone. Already then I had contact with a very attentive employee who asked about allergies and preferences or wishes.Coffee was brought to the table, which was beautifully set up, WITH a tablecloth, etc.Scrambled eggs were freshly prepared and even the little ones were taken into consideration.Waxy breakfast egg, wonderful, finally no hard-boiled egg as is usually the case at buffets.BREADS were great, lots of choice, I asked for the supplier directly!! ,with peas and grated carrots...Fresh fruit/vegetables, there was PLENTY of everything.In short, we all had no reason to complain!THANKS to the breakfast team, we'll be back

We wanted to stay there from Saturday to Sunday with our 4 month old baby.The courtyard already looked unkempt, weeds everywhere. The stairwell smelled musty. When we got into the room, we wanted to close the door straight away.We encountered an extremely musty smell. When I went into the bathroom because I urgently needed to use the toilet, our predecessor's excrement was still stuck to the edge of the toilet. Everything is ancient. In the shower it's already starting to get moldy in the joints, and that's what it smells like. The tiles are partly broken. And there was a lot of dust everywhere.The windows/window frames are dilapidated. Roller shutters didn't work because the roller shutter belt winder was hanging out of the wall. Bedding was clean but the bed is ancient and extremely creaky. I can't say whether it will be comfortable overnight because we drove straight back.Of course you could have communicated whether you could get another room. But the whole building urgently needs an overhaul. A different room wouldn't have helped us.Despite everything, the gentleman at the reception was always very nice.We would not recommend this hotel.

Price-performance ratio unacceptable! We booked through airbnb and were very disappointed. If someone likes Lost Places, then this is probably the right place for them. Double room with a balcony, which we didn't dare go on because all the wood was dilapidated. Some boards were missing and a wooden beam was lying loose. The balcony chairs and table were dirty and totally outdated. The furnishings in the room are from the sixties. The bathroom is tiny and ancient furnishings. The toilet was clogged the next morning. The facilities around the house are unkempt. Some of the windows had wooden frames that were already rotten and some of them broke off as a result. How can you leave a hotel that you want to make money with in such disrepair? After staying at the Hotel Zur Post in Brilon the night before, we were very disappointed with the Loft Hotel in Brilon. Apart from the fact that the room was clean and the hotel is nicely located, we can't say much positive things. Apparently everyone is saving money on everything. It was more of a very overpriced flophouse that is in extreme need of renovation. We'll never book anything through Airbnb again, that's for sure. The photos there may be nice to look at, but they are misleading about the actual condition. What a shame!

If you know what you're getting, it's totally fine. Everything clean and easy check in.Here you have peace and quiet, which I think is good. Everything you need is available, refrigerator, coffee machine. Restaurant on the golf course nearby was great.There's no staff on site, but I don't need them. Bathroom is just old but works. But usually significantly cheaper than elsewhere.
