The service at the hotel was excellent and all the staff were extremely motivated and hospitable. The breakfast was also appealing, and the mattress in my room ensured a very comfortable night's sleep.Unfortunately my room did not meet the expectations I had based on the pictures on the internet. It wasn't in the main house, but could only be reached via a path through the parking lot and a steep staircase. The bathroom was particularly disappointing, as it differed significantly from the photos shown (see picture). The water pressure was so low that it was difficult to rinse out the shampoo, and the warm water ran out very quickly, so I had to finish the shower cold. This is a significant defect and spoiled the overall impression of my stay.The noise from the neighboring room was also very unpleasant.

Nice modernized rooms with very good mattress. All employees are always very friendly. Breakfast and dinner very good selection and always very tasty.The only drawback: quite a bit of noise from the construction site in front of the hotel.Otherwise, this hotel can be recommended at any time.

Great 3 star hotel in the middle of Bad Westernkotten. Newly renovated single rooms unfortunately without air conditioning. Very nice and courteous staff 👍 Good breakfast buffet and dinner with 3 courses of soup andDessert is served at your seat and the main course with a sufficient selection at the buffet. Drink prices are not too expensive. The hotel is located directly at the spa park and the swimming pool.

Very good hotel with modern rooms. Location directly at the spa park opposite the thermal baths. Several parking spaces directly in front of the hotel. Ideally located for cycling tours on the Hellweg/Westphalian Salt Route. Extensive breakfast buffet, with a dedicated table for breakfast in the morning, no stress when there is a large crowd. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet more than sufficient.1 star deduction:Unfortunately, our room did not have a balcony and was very hot. Air conditioning or a fan would be highly recommended here.The bathroom was very cramped. Especially the shower cubicle. There was hardly any water pressure.Conclusion:We would still come back again, but we would take a small fan from home and choose a room with a balcony😊

I stayed in this wonderful hotel with my children and I have to say, we felt very comfortable from the first moment. The welcome was very warm and uncomplicated, the family room was spacious, clean and beautiful, the service was incredibly attentive and friendly. The breakfast was high quality, plentiful and the selection was great. Thank you very much for the lovely stay. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

Through clever renovation measures, the hotel has been given a very modern look. My room was cozy and had enough storage space. I particularly liked the high-quality mattress, the choice of two pillows and the external blinds. Overall the room was rather warm, but due to the quiet location it wasn't a problem to sleep with the window open. The breakfast was rich and the service staff created a very pleasant atmosphere with their very attentive and cheerful manner. The free parking spaces in front of the house are a plus. I deduct one point for the very small and unmodern elevator, which would definitely be worth modernizing due to the older clientele. I also find it strange that the price for a double room is twice as high as for a single room. I thought the price including breakfast for a single room was absolutely fair, but I was surprised to find that I would have paid twice as much with two people.P.S. Thank you for the bag of incredibly delicious farewell cookies!

I stayed at this hotel as part of the RV Fit program and felt very comfortable and in good hands from the first minute. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the rooms are very clean and spacious. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. All in all a very successful stay 👍😊
