Spontaneously planned a short vacation over the weekend. You were warmly welcomed and the staff answered your questions in a friendly and courteous manner. So it was an all-round successful WE. The breakfast buffet and the evening menu are very good. It was very clean. I would be happy to come back

I was only there for a weekend. The employees were all friendly throughout. It seems to be a young (age-wise) team. I paid 15 euros for breakfast. That's completely ok for the breakfast offered. The room was clean. Since I sleep with the head of the bed higher up due to illness, I was relieved to see that the slatted frame was height adjustable. 👍👍 What I have to complain about is the bathroom. It's nice that it's barrier-free (at ground level), but if you're a little careless when showering, the entire bathroom will be flooded. I found it unpleasant that several employees were busy with their cell phones in front of the entrance. It could be that they had a break, but please don't do something like that in front of the guests. You feel unwanted as a guest.

Spent 2 days there. The only point of criticism: the exhaust system in the bathroom was too loud. Otherwise everything was great!!

Working in the area for work and the company had arranged a hotel here. Hanse hotel Soest is a great small hotel. This was a bit disappointing for the food. Had spaghetti here once and salmon with rice once and dessert for dessert. Breakfast was OK.

We spent a long weekend cycling in Soest with 10 friends. The hotel is very suitable for this. We were able to park the bikes in the garage for free. Good touring opportunities around. …

The hotel is close to the highway. Parking in order February deliveries. Unfortunately, the service is bad. I was served by a young man, yes I know I don't speak German perfectly, but I always managed to communicate well. Unfortunately, the boy probably couldn't stand it and left angrily. Then finished with the missus and that was all good.Otherwise, the rooms are fine, clean and very spacious, and the breakfast was also fine.
