We were there for lunch. So I can only rate the gastronomy. Some dishes that are on the menu are no longer offered at all. Had to reorder twice. Unfortunately, it seemed to me that the tarte flambée offered was a finished product. Service wasn't that friendly. Too bad!

Hello, I was at the Parkhotel again in the summer. As I have done for over 30 years, I brought my girlfriend to the hotel for a nice time. Of course everything is no longer the same as it used to be. Unfortunately, this hotel is no longer up to date. This hotel was my professional home for about 40 years. Unfortunately it's not the fault of the tenants and due to the circumstances of the last few years it's not entirely the fault of the owners, but in my opinion (40 years of experience) it is. It's a real shame that this house is no longer supported by the family. Memory of the Lohöfer family: Richard Lohöfer, at the age of 80, rebuilt the family home after a bad fire with the support of Reginald Haber. But what is still very close to my heart is. Everyone who has criticism of service and... Would you like to try out this career? I used to really enjoy doing it. Shouldn't we all think about what's good for everyone? If it's not what we think, let's talk and not argue.

Service is friendly, but what's the point if you're constantly forgotten or overlooked. After 20 minutes we were finally allowed to order, drinks were very good, cake was fine, pay the same. We had to ask the waitress three times that we wanted to pay. Once and never again.

Nicely located hotel in the middle of Bad Sassendorf with a café, we spent one night there.Our room was spacious and clean, but the furniture has seen its time, the carpets in the hallway are very dirty, the rooms have laminate flooring, which was fine and clean.The bathroom is very small, several tiles in the bathroom/shower were cracked, there were still shower products and soap residue, hair from the previous guest, so hence 2 stars for the room. That really wasn't nice.The towels and linens were very clean and fresh!Beds/mattress excellent!The breakfast is good, they bring it to the table, if anything is needed they bring it, such as sandwiches, coffee and spreads.The employees are friendly.Free parking is available, located behind the hotel, just indicate Wasserstrasse in the Navi.Elevator available.All in all, sufficient for a night or two, but for us personally not for a longer stay.

We were there as a group - a day trip with seniors - and had a wonderful stay. The communication was reliable and very friendly. The food was served quickly and tasted very good. The service was courteous and really attentive. Our bus was allowed to stay in our own parking lot beyond our stay in the restaurant. Everything was perfect! Thank you very much!!

Service is absolutely bad! We got the wrong drink at first and then had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the right one. Many customers were not served and left after waiting 20 minutes. I can't recommend it!

Dear travelers or those seeking relaxation.The Parkhotel Bad Sassendorf is located right in the heart of Bad Sassendorf. The rooms are simply comfortable, lovingly furnished and very clean.The staff is warm and courteous and very accommodating if problems arise. Really impressive and human.It doesn't work - it doesn't exist.I would be happy to come back at any time.The program that is offered is wonderful. I love the dance afternoons as much as I love eating in the restaurant. The small menu offers something delicious for every taste.I love the humorous team that puts their heart and soul into what they do.Dogs are also welcome here.See you soon, Natalie

Unfortunately experienced a “bad” dance event. The DJ was a disaster / poor to no transitions / only "old" music tracks / the hall was like a train station / the price-performance ratio was a joke. A pity
