It was the worst accommodation I've ever had in my life - and for around €100.One star is already too many!We booked online, two single rooms.When we arrived, no one was there, and the cell phone number posted on the door wasn't reachable either. There was further information on the door that you should ask in another building a few doors away. We did this and found an older gentleman there watching TV. He seemed a bit confused and was obviously unsure if we had actually booked there. He also asked if it was true about the two single rooms, he wasn't sure. We said yes and were led into an "apartment", i.e. through a door into a small anteroom from which two bedrooms and a bathroom opened.It all didn't look very inviting, but we were so surprised that we accepted it. The gentleman quickly disappeared and we didn't see him again until we logged out the next day.When we took a closer look at our arrival after his departure, we found that one room was quite nice, with a double bed. The other room has a single bed (which wouldn't have been a problem), but it looked like it used to be a closet or something similar. Totally uninviting, with tiles on the wall, a "sink", linoleum floor, ... and the worst: lots of dirty marks on the wall.We'd rather not talk about the bathroom at all. The toilet was okay. But the shower was in a dark niche at the back, behind the toilet, so to speak, covered by a curtain. She really looked terrible. I've never driven home from a "hotel" without a shower in my life. This time I decided to do it.Based on the many other reviews, I have the impression that this guesthouse is absolutely not recommended. Maybe we were overbooked and that's why we ended up in the storage room???The other guests were obviously staying in another building, we were staying in the one where apart from us there was obviously only the breakfast room. The photos of the rooms bear no resemblance to our "accommodation". Really, VERY strange!

one star is still too much....😡 we arrived there with my colleague in the evening...everything was sorted out with the keys at lunchtime, where we arrived at 10 p.m. there were four guests in our booked rooms...the guy was no longer available. Luckily, after many phone calls to the hotels in Reichenbach, we got a room in another hotel. Everyone we called told us that this was common practice there with the overbookings...never again in our company will the "shed" be on the red list💪

This guesthouse is not sustainable!!! The room we booked well in advance was not available. He tried to excuse himself with lies, poor excuses and blaming others. During the short time we stayed there, several guests were unable to move into their booked rooms because there were simply no more rooms available. He wasn't even interested in the suggestion that his pension could still be booked despite being completely overbooked. The double bookings are carried out consciously and the guests' annoyance is taken into account.

The strange man who wanted to go into Sandra Voigt's room was me. I sincerely apologize that I couldn't believe that after I had already picked up the room key; The room was given to you and I, at 2:00 a.m., after a 5-hour workday, was too tired and too perplexed to apologize to you more appropriately. Because I remember exactly saying: "Then sorry for the disturbance and have a nice stay." Whereupon her husband even laughed briefly... ;o). the next lunchtime (no one was available on the "key hotline" before) explained that it was my own fault because I didn't leave a suitcase behind... and I actually said to him "Imagine what it's like for the poor people in there were sleeping and suddenly someone bangs on the door!" well at least he paid €20 after only 4 calls and 2 messages with the bank details. There seems to be a certain insight. I can laugh about it now...

We arrived at 9pm at night with two small children. Despite calling the host the day before to remind him we were coming when we arrived he said he had ‘forgotten’ and the room wasn’t ready as it was still being cleaned. …

We were very happy with Grandma and the children. Slept there one night.Breakfast €7.50 was very good. Stay there again on the return journey.

The room was not ready to move in when I arrived at 10:30 a.m. I had to register as a guest and inform the operator. He was surprised.When I spoke to them about coming back late in the evening due to an appointment, the boss confirmed "they'll get the room and I'll be there." When I called in the evening when I could be there, I was told on the phone, quote: I've already been drinking, they don't know what time it is bye.I am aware that it was really late (10 p.m.) but that is not professional behavior.

We had booked a holiday apartment for 2 days. 2 adults + 2 children. Price for accommodation was okay. The operator was also very nice and friendly, BUT unfortunately we didn't get what we booked. The bedrooms face the road that leads to Zwickau and is therefore very busy. Day and night, it was very loud. For someone who is sensitive to noise, it's hard to sleep there. My husband and I couldn't sleep well there because it was just too loud. But that's a matter of perspective. But what for me, (working in this industry myself) is an absolute 'No-Go' - despite having been given the key, a stranger trying to gain access with "his key" is NOT POSSIBLE at all! It's just a good thing that our key was hanging on the door from the inside. The idea of ​​getting changed or undressed for the shower and a stranger walks in!? No thanks ! No apology, neither from the man nor from the operator. Once and not again!!!!

All-round perfect service and a wonderful breakfast buffet. The rooms were simply furnished but fully adequate.
