I booked a room for a stress management workshop in the hotel and am very satisfied with the organization, support and food (coffee breaks, lunch and afternoon coffee). No wishes were left unfulfilled. Intolerances of course participants were addressed. We got a beautiful room with a panoramic view. Utensils from Fliphart, pin board, seminar case with pens and cards were available. Upon request, the room was prepared with a seating circle and space for yoga mats. The proximity to the Buchhorst forest area was ideal for continuing our mindfulness exercises in the forest in the afternoon on a sunny autumn day. For theAt the end of our workshop we were welcomed back to the hotel in our seminar room with coffee and cake. The participants were enthusiastic. We'd love to come back.

Was disappointed today. First there was no more lunch and then there were big problems with the service. It took a long time and there were problems with the order, of course the system was to blame. Next time it will definitely be better.

First the not so good, the rooms are getting old. Otherwise, location, staff, food, everything was very good! Dogs are very welcome and are also pampered. We were there for the second time on a dog vacation because the area invites you to take long walks. We will definitely plan another dog vacation there next year.

Addendum: even after more than 2 months, my mother is still annoyed about the bad food, she's even ashamed!Unfortunately, there has been no response to this review so far. But when I follow the reviews, only positive ones are responded to.My mother celebrated her 85th birthday in mid-August at the Hotel Aquarius. The staff is very nice and friendly. The food was average and all guests complained that the quantity was very economical.Not all guests received their food at the same time.The cake and ice cream is very good.

Rarely have I experienced such friendly staff at a conference - and I really do take part in a lot of conferences in Germany!Very helpful, accommodating and enabling. We also made it possible for me to eat vegan consistently.Plus the sauna - perfect!The hotel is a little old and there is no elevator to the (all?) rooms, but the overall pleasant experience completely outweighs that.The location is also wonderful, right next to the forest.Gladly again!

As a conference group at the Aquarius, we were able to experience an extremely hospitable, professional service team that was very accommodating in all questions and therefore had a pleasant stay. The meeting rooms are also nice and bright and friendly. Added to this is the great location and therefore atmosphere right on the edge of the forest.We say thank you from the bottom of our hearts and will be happy to come back for further conferences.

I was so looking forward to the cake for our wedding. I know that they bake it there themselves and that it is always delicious.Unfortunately I was totally disappointed. The plum cake only tasted like yeast, the apple cake was so dry and didn't taste like apple. The other two cakes were good. Cheesecake and mandarin sour cream were juicy and delicious.But I have to honestly say that the cakes and cakes used to be MUCH better.Too bad 😕

So I feel like I'm in a storage room in the room. So my room can't be seen in any pictures. The floor sticks. And I don't feel comfortable either. Everyone can look in from the roof terrace. You don't need to leave the windows open because there is no safe.And for that matter, this is a business trip. I definitely won't book it privately!!!Service is quite ok.

We were invited to a wedding and were recommended the Aquarius. We had two nights with breakfast. The room is a bit old, the bathroom looks a bit like it's from the late eighties, not the latest equipment. But clean and works. The water be careful!!! is set very hot, do not put it directly under it, otherwise it could become painful. Room furnishings are not new, but intact, clean and functional, bed/bed mattress was very good. Otherwise quiet location in the forest, slept very well. Breakfast was inexpensive and very good. Other gastronomy was not enjoyed.I can recommend the Aquarius for an overnight stay. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Such a lovely, friendly hotel.So I'm thrilled with the whole hotel, the location is great, the staff are all friendly and helpful. Everything is really very clean, the food is delicious, the breakfast is very extensive. The connection to the motorway is good, for example you can reach the Millennium Event Center in 15 minutes. Come back at any time! A clear recommendation.

We were there for lunch at lunchtime. There was probably no chef present that day. I had a cream schnitzel with champions. For €20 you should expect more than unseasoned food floating in a white liquid. Champion were barely visible. Never again.

We visited the lunch table with a group at the weekend. The location is beautifully located and the rooms are inviting.The lunch menu was sparse. Nothing for vegetarians.And what was then served was anything but tasty: the loins were tough, everything was swimming in fat, the schnitzels were anything but crispy, i.e. drowned in cream. Only one participant was somewhat satisfied with the food. Everyone thought the food was seasoned too bland.The prices were too high for that!Not recommended. Never again for us.
