Very nice, large apartments, some with several rooms and TV, a kitchen area with a refrigerator. Bathroom with shower and partly also a washing machine. Very cheap and the owners are always available. Typically used by craftsmen.

I am happy to comply with the landlord's request for an evaluation.One star is given for uncomplicated booking and check-in.+++ Photos upon arrival +++Unfortunately, the rest is an absolute disaster in terms of “cleanliness”, “condition” and “dealing with criticism”.What does that mean specifically?Cleanliness: the pictures speak for themselves. If I have to clean myself before I can use the bathroom or the kitchen, that's not good.The request to cancel was rejected with “booked is booked”, no goodwill, no correction of the defects.The apartment is dirty, worn and old - even if the provider's pictures give a better impression.The building itself is also in serious need of renovation, windows are leaking, and the water pipes for the bathroom and kitchen are slow.Speaking of the kitchen: insufficient if the leftovers from various previous tenants are stuck in pots and pans, the sink and on the worktop and there are crumbs everywhere.Speaking of crumbs: …on the beds? Would the bed linen even be changed?Dude, that makes me salivate… I travel a lot for work; something like that is a new level of negativity!

Avoid this place full of cockroaches, first we were given a three-person room for 22.50 per night per person, after the first night, when we saw how many cockroaches were everywhere, we demanded to change the room, they moved us to the second building on the ground floor, the door directly outside with a gap at the bottom, which caused the room was cold, we heard from some pseudo-caretaker that we should put a rag under the door, another phone call and they moved us to the third room again, the conditions here are really nice, but two days pass, a woman comes in on Saturday afternoon and announces that she is raising the room height to 27.50 and if we don't like it, leave the hotel or return to the room with cockroaches and that's what we have for the weekend, avoid this place.

Stay away! Better to sleep under a bridge. The landlord is an unfriendly person who likes to insult his customers. The first time in my life that I experienced something like that. Apparently there are several price lists and they always lie. You pay later.

ATTENTION !!! FRAUD !!! The landlord did not show up in person to ask for money, but sent a Polish friend who, on his orders, wanted 200 euros from us per week for a single room with 3 beds. We wanted to pay for 1 night, which was previously agreed in writing. After pointing out that it was against the contract, the landlord said he couldn't read Polish, only speak it :)) (and he's Polish) told us to pay in advance for a week or get lost, so if you want adventures, you can see for yourself. No parking spaces!!!

You can't drive here with a bigger car, the room is a kitchen, dining room, living room and a bedroom for 3 people measuring 5x5 meters, no Wi-Fi, crazy soft mattress on the bed. Just a disaster...
