Very good and very nice here

Booked and paid for two double rooms via the hotel website 5 days before arrival. We received no answer to this. When I called the phone number on the website, I received a voicemail from O2. There was no response to the email. When we arrived (around 3:30 p.m.) the doors were closed. After knocking and leaving a voicemail, a friendly gentleman opened the door. I stated that I had not received a response to my emails and that the phone was not answered. The owner stated that she sometimes received other calls from a 0031 number and therefore did not respond. When we wanted to check in around 3:30 p.m., this was not possible because the rooms were not yet clean. The website stated check-in from 3:00 p.m. So after a walk we came back and were able to check in.After checking in, it turned out that one of our rooms had already been given to other customers. She then wanted to convert one of our rooms into a 2x single room. We couldn't agree to this because some of our family members suffer from Alzheimer's and cannot be alone in a strange environment. We finally got a double room. When we got to the room we saw that the towels were on the bed. One of them was very dirty and we didn't use it. The next day we pointed this out to her and she didn't understand. However, nothing further was done about this. In the other room the door to the bathroom could only be opened slightly as it then slid across the floor. The bedside lamps in our room didn't work. Hotel Response: The lights became too hot for previous visitors so they turned them off. In the evening, water sprayed from the shower head upstairs in the shower. The next morning we woke up and noticed a smell of cigarettes in the room. That came from the hall. The owner didn't know where it came from. We had reserved breakfast (€12.90 p.p.) for 7.30 a.m., but wanted to put our suitcases in the car first. When we returned, all the doors were locked again. After calling and knocking, the door was opened again and we were able to choose a spot. At the table it turned out that the stains from the previous evening were still on the table. The upside down wine glasses were dusty and the music was very loud. While the orange juice was being served, some was passed over my legs. The man immediately apologized. The toppings and scrambled eggs were neatly placed on a shelf. It wasn't much, but we were allowed to ask for more if needed. After breakfast, we quickly went to the toilet and then went home. Unfortunately there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the toilet.Although the owner and mistress were nice, there was too much wrong to return here.Van der Elst family

Unfortunately this is the only pub with dart boards. Can you make something out of it? We would be served nicely.Just hang up a steel dart disc and put on some music and you'll get more customers.I'll be back in 2025 and hope for a better atmosphere.

We were in Munster for a short trip! We really liked the hotel! Super friendly. Cozy rooms. Breakfast was very special!

Absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to try something besides Italian, Greek and the like!We were on the way back from a day trip and wanted to grab something to eat. My wife, daughter and I wanted to try something we didn't know before. We hadn't tried Filipino yet. That's why we spontaneously ended up there on a Friday evening. Since the restaurant was pretty empty, we had doubts about our decision at first, but were then greeted in a friendly and very warm manner. The atmosphere is more Lower Saxony, rustic.Luckily we stayed there, as it turned out in hindsight. It didn't take long from ordering to eating and the salad served bridged the time very well.My wife had a pork dish, my daughter had poultry and I chose beef. Nicely prepared large portions were served that were hot and ready at the same time. Everyone was very happy with their food.However, we didn't order the dessert of jackfruit and bananas anymore because we were all completely full. But for us that's a reason to drive by there again, even though we don't come from Munster.So, it's worth stopping by.

The food is really special, I ordered something spicy 🌶️ and it’s really spicy and tastes good , after the dinner a special drink from Mexiko also spicy…. Based on tomato 🍅 .

A clear recommendation for anyone who wants a change from the home-style German or Greek food options in Munster.Super tasty food in large portions, also lots of vegan options. In addition, a very nice service and staff.

I wasn't in the hotel, just in the restaurant. The service is super friendly and helpful. The cook has Thai and Spanish roots and conjures up very interesting dishes. See dessert menu. The restaurant is very familiar and you can also play darts in a side room.The rooms can also be rented for events.
