Incredibly friendly hosts. Clean apartment. Parking directly in front of the house. We were only here to stay overnight as we were traveling for family celebrations, but this was the second time. And gladly again if the apartment should be free.

Come regularly. Very nice and well furnished apartment. Great terrace. Garden a rose paradise.Facilities top.Hosts very warm and nice.We recommend!Addition from February 13, 2022I have also rented the other apartments in the meantime. Everything is very good. The small one-room apartment is very well laid out, small private bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchenette. Very good bed.The old practice in the house has now been converted and is rented out. Well-equipped kitchen, very nice bathroom. Everything perfect. Landlord very nice, helpful and hardworking.

Ms. and Mr. Koch are super friendly people and are always there to help you. We didn't miss anything. Everything was perfectly prepared, even the kitchen, bathroom and floor were freshly renovated in a modern and attractive style.Even though I'm from the area, I would book there again at any time to see the more than friendly hosts and their cute cocker puppies again. I was particularly happy about the great trust placed in us when we were allowed to "borrow" her dog several times and cuddle with her. That's why it was very difficult for me to leave.I am completely convinced of the apartment based on the atmosphere and hospitality alone, but the beautiful surroundings also score points. The stay was a welcome and relaxing change from the otherwise gray everyday life.Warm greetings to Jürgen, Diana and Sissy from Anna from Braunschweig!

We spent a very nice holiday here. The apartment is lovingly furnished and very clean. What we liked best was the very friendly personal contact, especially in the crazy Corona times when it only became clear shortly before arrival that we could drive. Our offspring were looked after very well and the landlord provided a new children's travel cot. If we go back to the region we will always be happy to book here.

We received a very friendly welcome, Mr. and Mrs. Koch are super helpful and try very hard to ensure that their guests have a good time. They are always available to provide advice and assistance. We will definitely book holidays there more often. The apartment is very nicely furnished, you feel very comfortable there right from the start. Everything is there and if something is really missing it will be taken care of very promptly.

While our house was being renovated, we lived in this beautifully furnished apartment for 9 weeks (6 were originally planned) and also enjoyed the very well-kept and lovingly designed garden. Mr and Mrs Koch were extremely friendly and helpful hosts. They have always managed to ensure a stay in the holiday complex (due to construction delays on our house). And our dog also received a lot of attention and felt comfortable. So our summer in Dettum was a lovely time.We only give top marks here.Karin, Michael and dog Jockel.

Just great...gladly again!Very friendly dog lovers and hosts, we were greeted with a bottle of wine, a bottle of water and fruit...which is rare these days. The apartment is very modern and of high quality, we didn't miss anything and it is very quiet. The winter garden and garden invite you to chill out. Parking spaces directly in front of the house.

Fits! We had the 22 sqm room with two men. With enough storage space for everything you need to store in 11 days. TV, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen... toaster, kettle, coffee machine, various pots, pans... everything you need is there. Everything is there....in a nice atmosphere. If necessary, you can smoke in the beautiful winter garden with access to the garden. Grilling was the keyword for my son to have a nice barbecue evening. It is unlikely that something is missing or will be taken care of immediately by the two lovely owners.Thank you very much for the stay and the nice evenings that we had. It's worth booking and we hope you always have nice customers... we've never had such warm and attentive hosts.Photos to follow... it's worth it! LG
