I wasn't so happy with my stay. I stated in room 103 which feels little outdated with tiny TV (old screw head it the bath room sticking out the wall, reading light not working) .The worst thing is that there is very little soundproofing in the hallway and stairs to the bar (noise until around 11 pm) and to the kitchen for breakfast next to the room (banging closet doors and compressor noise and vibrations from 5.30 am).Also during check-in I was told that my rate was without breakfast but fortunately I could proof it was included. Noticed another guy next day who also had impression he had breakfast included but then agreed to pay 20 Euros extra as he apparently did not bother checking. Not sure if this is an coincidence...Not a hotel I really have to go back and definitely to be avoided in room 103! Be careful to not be double charged for breakfast!

The room was very clean and modern.The service at the reception was perfect.The hotel is very centrally located and you can reach everything you need, including the city center, in just a few minutes' walk.There are also very good restaurants in the immediate vicinity.I'd love to come back when I'm in Braunschweig.

I was on holiday with my Stromerbike and was a guest in this hotel for one night at the beginning of September.The staff is very friendly and also had a perfect solution for my Stromer bike.I had a great, spacious apartment, with a fridge and a great shower.The breakfast buffet was great.If I ever find myself in Braunschweig again, I'd love to come back!

Location is very good, parking space is available in the underground car park. Staff friendly. Breakfast varied and sufficient. Room clean and tidy, but small.

We had booked an apartment and when we arrived it was already occupied. When we got another one, there were only two beds. When we were then told that they would be put to bed by 10 p.m., nothing happened. We finally got a room, but it was stressful.

Two months ago I had booked a room in advance via a booking portal, which was not recognized on site. I had to pay for the room again on site! Since then I've been fighting to get my money back. I have never experienced anything like this before or since. The rooms were super hot with loud and broken air conditioning. The breakfast room has a sauna. This hotel is absolutely not recommended.

I often visit Braunschweig and have stayed in this hotel before. So far I have been very satisfied. Today I was out and about in the city center and urgently needed to get some little King Tigers. They lied to me and said they didn't have a toilet on the ground floor, only in the rooms. From my own experience, this is simply not true. Thank you

Very nice receptionist and very central location. The room is clean, but... The bed is extremely sagging, the shower enclosure is broken and actually borderline dangerous. The fittings in the shower and at the washbasin can (and must) be replaced urgently. Breakfast in the neighboring hotel 😕

Positive: as a guest in the house you feel that you are personally recognized; the service is friendly, the rooms are functional and quite beautiful. Less positive: The rather sparsely equipped fitness room has very limited opening times; If you want plant-based spreads for breakfast, you have to register in advance. But the main point is: it is regularly so unbearably loud around the hotel at night due to blaring music, screaming people, bottles being blown up, etc., that it is hardly possible to sleep relatively peacefully even with the windows closed. That's why I changed hotels.

Stayed for several days, unfortunately the rooms were not made. Asif asked: For “sustainability reasons”, the rooms are only made if the customer reports this to reception and yes, there was an inconspicuous piece of paper somewhere where I could have seen that. But who pays attention to something like that after 8 hours of driving at 10 p.m. I should have been made aware of this during check-in. I don't think the effort saved benefits the environment or the staff. Annoying. Otherwise super friendly staff.

I stayed at an apartment-type room for 3 nights and the experience was okay. The bed was too bouncy for my liking so I did not sleep too well. But I like the great location - easy access to public transport, to the center, and to restaurants/shops.

Booked and lived in for 2 nights. Arrival in front of the hotel parking lot. Intercom doesn't work. Reported to the hotel by phone. The answer: Hotel parking should have been reserved in advance! So I was directed to a public parking garage and allowed to carry my luggage to the hotel on foot.Room very small but OK. Room untidy on the second evening. When asked why… I should have said at check in that I wanted cleaning. But this wasn't pointed out at check-in. Since the toilet paper was empty and there was no spare roll in the holder provided, I asked the reception for more... I then had to pick it up there myself.Overall, somewhat strange customs for a 4 star hotel.
