Biohotel Wildland

We were there for breakfast and it's a really great location with a pretty garden and the breakfast offers everything you could want. Homemade juice, delicious baked goods and a great selection, especially for vegetarians.

We booked the Biohotel Wildland for a two-day workshop with nine employees. And are completely thrilled.The building ensemble is beautiful and has been lovingly renovated down to the smallest detail and converted for use as a family and conference hotel. The service was very loving and attentive.And – also extremely important: we ate excellently!

Unfortunately only one night!We spontaneously looked for a hotel for an overnight stay and found a little gem!Friendly staff, very tasty food and modern, sparkling clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Also the most pleasant shower head we have ever had the pleasure of enjoying in a hotel :)The outside area is a dream. Although not aimed directly at children, ours had hours of fun.Wishes for the future: more than one window with insect protection so that you can get through without being bitten and real blackout curtains.

Perfection through and through. It just doesn't get any better. Every wish is met in your eyes, the cuisine is of star quality, the rooms and rooms are very comfortable, you can sleep in the beds as well as at home, the breakfast leaves you amazed, the food is creative and unforgettably good, the concept of the hotel is great, the events are unique and everything is done with great attention to detail

A hotel of excellent quality. Wonderful location on the Aller. Top room. Very good service . The cuisine is organic, but at the same time very tasty and there is no more of the same that you would find in most hotels.All buildings have been lovingly restored to a high technical standard. WildLand Natural Resort's restaurant offers a diverse selection of dishes to suit every taste. What is particularly positive is the focus on organic food, as well as the vegan and vegetarian variety.Drinks:The selection of drinks was pleasing, especially the still water in its own glass bottles and the Pinot Gris organic wine, which was very tasty. Unfortunately, we were initially only presented with the menu without drinks and were not asked whether we had already made a choice of drinks. The drinks were only included when we ordered the food and when we asked we were given the wine list. A wine recommendation with the meal would have been desirable, but this is only available on selected menus.Appetizer:The starter, consisting of spring herb hummus, cucumber caviar, mint and wild garlic and walnut pesto, was excellent and raised high expectations for the following courses. The combination of flavors was very good, and the starter was enough for two people. Bread was served with it, which tasted good, but half was warm and the other half was cold.Main course:We were particularly looking forward to a vegan asparagus version. Unfortunately, the asparagus, although from the renowned Spargelhof Heuer, was tasteless. The sauce, a vegan version with a kind of roux and melted margarine, was not convincing. The side dish advertised as boiled potatoes was also unsalted and not fully cooked. Overall, the portion of potatoes was a bit small in relation to the asparagus.Dessert:The vegan dessert, the Wildland Cheesecake with lemon curd and mandarin sorbet, sounded tempting. While the lemon curd and sorbet were well balanced, the cheesecake was disappointing. It was large, but the taste was watered down, probably because it had been taken out of the frozen food, even if it had been prepared beforehand.Service:We had three different people at the table even though we were the only guests. Two seemed annoyed, while the third, obviously new, seemed nice and friendly. Unfortunately, there was audible criticism from the background among the service staff at the table, which spoiled the overall impression.Atmosphere:The grounds of the restaurant are beautiful and the outdoor area is attractive. The tables by the window are pleasant, and the large fireplace should be a highlight in winter. The atmosphere is rustic but cozy with modern touches.Special features:Since we were the only guests, we would have liked constant service and a quicker transition of the food.Overall, the price-performance ratio was not the same during our visit. If you manage to be customer-oriented in terms of quality, taste and service, then the price is also okay.

A beautiful place that invites you to linger. We had a great house all to ourselves, which was really nicely decorated, very rustic but elegant. In addition, there was the entire outdoor area, which we could use completely. Once you're there, book archery and the forest hike with Lutz straight away, a great service that's fun. Absolutely recommended!

I visited the Hoffest, wonderful surroundings. Very nice atmosphere, nice people. A trip is definitely worth it. Of course with a canoe tour.
