The apartment offers enough space and is well furnished and clean. The bathroom has a large shower and is also clean. Location close to the city but therefore a lot of homeless people etc. in front of the door. Because of the noise at night you can't leave the windows open.

Great location but rude staff! Arrived approx. 2 hours before check in. We didn't receive an email before about the self check in. Asked the lady behind the desk for help. Didn't greet us at all. Was very grumpy and rude. She didn't speak English or tried to. Nonetheless, gave the needed information. The room is okay. Basic but everything you need. Floor was a bit dirty and it was very hot in the apartment. No electric fan or airconditioning. However, the apartment is located within the city center and is very convenient.

Rooms are okay, but service is really poor. They don’t offer a reception, while they promise it. The location is walkable from the center.

Super neat (family) rooms with kitchen in it..Nice balcony and directly in the center. Parking is possible in the adjacent Q Park garage.Just don't have a car that is too high.

I feel compelled to share with you my extremely disappointing experience at the Loft Apartment Hotel Aachen and to express my deep concerns about the dishonest dealings of the hotel management.Since the change of ownership, the service at the Loft Apartment Hotel Aachen has fallen to an unacceptable level. It is more than worrying to note that the new owners don't even speak German and use a different tone towards serious residents, visitors and guests. It seems as if everyone is treated like second-class citizens and the atmosphere throughout the building is simply unbearable.What is outrageous is the fact that the owners put their name on my parking space before my notice period expired and rented it out to their guests. Such business practices are not only dubious, but border on rip-offs. In addition, my parking space was illegally confiscated, even though I had been living there long before the loft hotel moved in. There used to be a cooperative and respectful relationship, but any peaceful agreement among the current owners is illusory, as they apparently treat their fellow human beings as their personal subordinates, even though they themselves are only tenants.It is simply outrageous that toxic mold gases have been rising from the basement in room 105 for a long time, and the owners of the loft hotel have even forbidden me from ventilating the hallway. Future guests will be exposed to a significant health risk. When I moved out, I had to throw away all the items that couldn't be disinfected, like my sofa. I can't say with absolute certainty whether other rooms are also affected, but this assumption is reasonable. These unsustainable conditions contribute significantly to the fact that guests are forced to switch to other hotels in Aachen.Given these disastrous experiences and the obvious unprofessionalism of the hotel management, I strongly advise against choosing the loft hotel. Aachen offers enough reputable and hospitable hotels and I encourage everyone to avoid this dubious establishment.
