We booked the campsite as a stopover in conjunction with a visit to the Serengeti Park. The place is close to the highway and is easy to reach. The operators are very nice and there is a bread roll service. Unfortunately there is no way to get to Serengeti Park by public transport. Taxi (25 € one way) is completely overpriced. The space itself is ok, the pitches are large. However, the sanitary facilities are completely outdated and were also extremely dirty.

We arrived for one night in transit. We arrived 5 minutes late and it was really warm outside. After a long drive you were happy to have arrived. You could have at least turned a blind eye to the fact that you were still allowed on the CP. But we were helped so that our food didn't go bad and our Wowa was in the corner so we could still go to Serengeti Park.The place itself is beautifully green and well maintained.But according to the email, we didn't get the "free pass" for our son.The toilet had already seen its best days. You could wash your hands but there was nothing available to dry them. After the hot day I was looking forward to the shower. I didn't even go in there myself. It was just dirty. As if someone walked all over the shower with their dirty shoes! At least you could shower the smallest child and it was clean! We didn't feel comfortable at all. We then laid down at a certain time and left as early as possible. We definitely won't come back.

The operator is very friendly, the sanitary facilities are clean, the pitches are large, the small beach and the freely available boats and surfboards are a hit.We were lucky enough to get an “emergency place”, i.e. we were allowed to stand in front of an unrented caravan for one night. The following day something became available and we were allowed to move to another place and spend two more wonderful days here.Thanks for the great time! 💚Small addendum:Very dog friendly! Our dog even received a small welcome gift!

A beautiful green campsite with very large pitches. Nice playground for the children and nice restaurant. The operators are always there and very helpful. Paddle boats are available free of charge. However, small children, regardless of age, will be charged extra.

Great base for visiting Serengeti Park.Large pitches with electricity and well water on site. Lake directly at the campsite, boats, SUPs, etc. can be used free of charge.We would be happy to come again

We arrived yesterday for the planned 4 days...but unfortunately had to leave the place that same evening...spent the night in the car...since it was impossible due to lack of hygiene and foreign hair as well as thick black spiders in the caravan and the awning to stay overnight...Very very negative. 👎👎👎

A very quiet campsite with very spacious tent pitches! The owners are very warm and always helpful, you even get the morning rolls delivered to your tent. The complex offers many playgrounds for the children, the beach is also well maintained and offers several boats.I think it wasn't our last time there!!!

Very natural. Tolerable for 1-2 days. Restaurant available for schnitzel lovers in every form. Not mine. An adventure for children: swimming in the river, playground. Sanitary just under a 3

For a one-woman tent and bike 14 euros on a narrow piece of grass that is also access to the beach and is often used in the evening to make a long phone call, have relationship conversations or smoke in peace away from your own caravan parking space. All of this in the immediate vicinity of my tent. A separate meadow would be better. The sanitary facilities were very old, the shower water was rather lukewarm and the toilets smelled unpleasant. The night before I stayed at an exquisite 5 star place for 15 euros. In comparison, I find the 14 euros too expensive.

Two weeks ago we booked a rental caravan "at short notice" to drive to Serengeti Park on Saturday.The welcome from the boss was very friendly and nice, but *****.The rented caravan was on the main path (which wasn't a problem) right on the water.Unfortunately, the jetty into the water is very dilapidated, boards were loose and it wobbled a lot.Our caravan was nice and well equipped, enough porcelain and glasses, a relatively large refrigerator, two single beds, sitting area, vacuum cleaner, a washing up bowl with washing up liquid and a very nice terrace on which there is a large awning with a cozy sitting area.We had read in advance on the Internet that the wet room/toilet in the car cannot/may not be used (this is very unpleasant for people who have to go to the house two or three times at night).*Deduction for that.There is a parking space for the car directly next to the caravan, separated from the main path by a hedge.Unfortunately, this is so narrow that our car hit this hedge when we left and there are two scratches in the car.The sanitary facilities are “unfortunately” very old. There are mold stains on the ceilings and the shower heads, the tiles and joints are calcified and some have mold stains. They should be cleaned thoroughly with a limescale remover. The floors are ok. The toilet is unfortunately the same, the dirt in the toilet is due to the visitors, unfortunately there are people who don't yet know how to use the toilet brush, but the place operator can't help that.Unfortunately, there are only well-intentioned *** for the sanitary area.Unfortunately, we weren't able to test the restaurant on Saturday because it was closed.Overall it is a well located and quiet campsite, the pitches are quite large and well maintained.The location directly on the water is great.A beautiful playground also makes the little ones' hearts beat faster.

The promised Serengeti Park tickets were not available. They were friendly employees nonetheless. Unfortunately there is hardly any possibility of driving on the site in the rain, only modders everywhere.
