We (2 adults, 2 children) had booked the "holiday home",Given the price, we didn't have high expectations. The “house” had not been cleaned and there was still rubbish from the previous tenantsTrash can. Furnishings ancient and loveless. I doubt whether the bed linen or towels (which we only got when we asked) were washed. The worst thing was that creepy crawlies came into the house in the evening and there were even mice in the house. We then complained again, which the landlord didn't like. He then evicted us from his property, which resulted in us and our children being on the street at 10:30 p.m.Even one star is too many, but it has to be given in order to upload the review.

Our room was full of cobwebs, the furnishings are very old. The fridge and microwave were literally dirty. The remote controls for TV and satellite were smeared sticky. The floor wasn't cleaned. Apparently no attention is paid to cleanliness here. It's just fine for just sleeping when you're out and about for the day, but it's definitely not recommended. We had a family room, equipped with a double bed, a double bunk bed and a baby bed, TV, refrigerator, private bathroom with toilet and shower.

I went out crying today. Booked for my family (holiday apartment). No lockable front door. 3 floors full of cobwebs, dead flies and musty smells. There was a seating area downstairs in the bathroom!! On the second floor there were what felt like 20 double bunk beds lined up next to each other. All beds made with dirty bed linen. My children begged us to take the 4.5 hour drive home.Never again!!!!

We were there last weekend with 4 families. In itself a large and spacious yard with a lot of potential. Unfortunately, this is not retrieved. The rooms were dirty - the kettle, for example, could not be used because it was dirty! A grill offer was described, which could not be used with the existing grill. We have to go out again and buy 3 leg grills so we could grill. Nevertheless, we made the best of the two nights after cleaning everything again.

The manor was ideal for our large family reunion and, in addition to the house offerings, offered us the opportunity to self-cater with food and drinks

For our family reunion at the Evensen manor, all of our wishes were fulfilled by the owner with friendliness and flexibility. The relaxed atmosphere on the estate and the strengths of this accommodation made a decisive contribution to the fact that we really enjoyed the long weekend together: Very good value for money for accommodation and food, covered outdoor area with a view of the fallow deer, extensive outdoor area for relaxing and being active be. Thank you!

We had a really great stay over Pentecost. The landlord made sure that we didn't lack anything. From the catering (barbecue evening, game meat and breakfast) to archery activities, garden and museum tours and a fantastic tractor ride to pick us up from Boßeln, we had a very attentive and good host. Even on the site itself there was something to discover everywhere for those who walked through the world with their eyes open. Tractors, roses, armor, coats of arms - you could literally feel the history. That is also what made the manor so charming. An uncomplicated, personal interaction, the dogs could run freely and the children could be loud and romp. Sitting outside until late at night wasn't a problem either. An absolute recommendation for anyone who can handle this kind of freedom and simplicity.

We had a wonderful long weekend and group meeting at Biogut Evensen. We were able to do various activities on the extensive grounds and exercise outside all day long. The host had great offers for us and we tried new things like driving a tractor and shooting archery.Breakfast and dinner were lovingly prepared for us, ensuring variety and abundance! If you're looking for a glossy vacation a la Instagram, you've come to the wrong place - because what you find here is original, imperfect and honest.
