The hotel is small and modern, the owner was very friendly. The room was super nice and bright, everything was good except for the thick spider with a web in the bathroom above the ventilation. Perhaps the drain in the shower could be improved, it is not at the lowest point, the water collects next to it, and after showering half the bathroom is flooded because the curtain doesn't do much, and there are no places to put shampoo etc the shower.The hairdryer available is great.The box spring bed was comfortable and clean. The TV was smart and we could connect streaming services.The house is quite noisy, but it was very quiet, the environment in the industrial area is not disturbing and there were no annoying noises.The breakfast was varied and fresh. We were pleasantly surprised.Checking in with the key safe is easy and practical. We can highly recommend the accommodation and would come again.

Small hotel in the Walsroder industrial area. It's very quiet here on weekends. The rooms are modernly furnished. Breakfast is small and completely sufficient. If a room is available during my travel period, I would be happy to book here.

Parking spaces directly in front of the house, easy check-in in the evening via a keybox. Rooms bright, modern and clean. A free selection of teas and coffee in the hallway and a free bottle of water in the room. Breakfast sufficient, very friendly service, gladly again.

Quietly located in an industrial area, fairly new building with very nice and bright furnishings.Modern facilities and great beds. Good, rich breakfast buffet.Local staff friendly and committed.We really liked it and would happily recommend it to others.

Relatively newly built hotel, located in a quiet industrial area. Few rooms, very quiet. Nothing is within walking distance. Breakfast was very nicely arranged and delicious. Staff very nice.The shower design probably went wrong.Everything was very clean, except for the floor lamps next to the bed and what felt like 400 spiders lived underneath. That would be the only thing I would have to complain about.Continued success!

We stayed here for 2 nights - great modern room - even though it was in an industrial area - slept great!Drinks (coffee + tea) were available free of charge in the hallway!Mega breakfast and super nice owners - can only be recommended!

We spent two nights in this hotel. We felt very comfortable and were able to sleep well even in a strange bed thanks to the great mattresses. The rooms were very clean and the service was great.Nice, friendly welcome in the morning in the breakfast room and the breakfast buffet was delicious, more than sufficient. Not too much, but a lot of choice, so that everything was always fresh.

My first time in a B&B. It was quiet, comfortable bed, good breakfast and very friendly staff. There was coffee and tea in the thermos for in between meals. If you could get something warm to drink for free, that was new to me and we were happy to use it because coffee is always possible.

Modern, chic hotel - very quiet. Contactless check was strange at first, but all the information is available and it worked perfectly..Spacious room and bathroom... what more could you want. Absolutely to be recommended

Super clean. Spacious room and bathroom.Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast.The only downside, if you can call it that, is that the hot water for tea in the hallway is not replenished. So if you are a little later, you have to go downstairs to the breakfast room to fill your cup. But that's all. We will definitely come back.

Small but nice hotel, quite new. Free parking in front of the door. Breakfast as you would expect from such a hotel. It is located on the edge of Walsrode and therefore very quiet. Check-in is done with a code that is sent to you online. Sounds impersonal, but that feeling is over immediately after first meeting, owners and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Price-quality ratio is simply good.

Small, cozy hotel on the edge of a commercial area, but you won't notice anything about it. A very rich breakfast, staff very nice, also happy to give tips for excursions. Rooms adequately equipped, would happily recommend it to everyone, and are already looking forward to the next time.

The hotel is really very clean and cute. The facility is modern and new construction. It was always very quiet to sleep at night. And very attentive staff. So everything is great!
