Vacation like in Africa. At least that's how I imagine it. 😉 The animals are frolicking in front of the terrace and the lodge is super cozy. There is enough space for 2 people here. There is a kettle that you can use, cups, glasses and a small fridge. The lodges are equipped with heaters in the bathroom and living room, and there is a fan for warm days. There are ways to store your clothes. A nice big bed and in principle you could pull out the sofa and have 2 extra beds. There is also a hairdryer, a television, towels, hand soap and shower gel and even a welcome basket with tea, coffee, sugar, milk and rusks. Simply great! ❤️

Price-performance ratio is not right at all and I have never experienced such poor quality management! If you have a problem before you arrive, you can stay in the queue on the phone for 55 minutes "You're in third position, just be patient for a moment..." After paying you don't get any information "what, how, where" ( among other things because of WiFi).Although booked for three people, the third bed was not dressed. My wife at the reception was not alone with this problem. Soap on the toilet? Was we able to get our 9 year old daughter out of the shower at a height of almost 2m!?Mass processing in the restaurant. Rice was floating in oil, two coffee machines for the entire resort (long queue) where you had to look for someone to refill the beans. Coffee was such a puddle that we ordered some fine coffee from a bakery afterwards.Safari feeling in front of the Masai Mara Lodge? The giraffes are locked up in the stable again in the morning and evening. Are you in the park during the day!? A pair of hedgehogs mating next to the lodge was the highlight for us.Management didn't take a single step towards us due to a booking problem. On the contrary: they tried to take even more money from us. The HIGHLIGHT followed at the end of the holiday: Although we handed in the card when we left, a letter claimed that we had not done so and had instead spent another day in the park. They demanded a further 212.5 euros 🤣🙈😡 from us (see photos), which of course we didn't pay.For us, the overnight stay was never what one would like to make "with the enthusiastic family" and other "fake photos" on the homepage believable. There are numerous nicer and more customer-friendly campsites in the area to stay overnight.I recommend driving through the park in your own car, which is impressive.

Cozy little huts, good views of the free-roaming animals. Buffet breakfast and dinner. The restaurant is within easy walking distance. Minor defects in the hut were immediately remedied. We liked it very much.

Basically a nice thing, but we were assigned a lodge “on the curve”, and so we were the furthest away from the animals of all the lodges. So we were completely disappointed, even though we were the first to reserve during the winter break. This is really annoying!!!!The animals are brought into the stable in the evening and let out again in the morning. We only saw the giraffe going into the stable in the evening. In the morning she was no longer visible!?!?

As always, it was beautiful...The view of the animals is best in the lodge...It's a bit small for several people, perfect for couples.Even with a dog it's great, one of the quietest corners in the park...The whole team at the reception is very, very nice. For us it is a place to switch off and get away from everyday life - it is definitely worth it..👍Please don't forget to tip...everyone makes such an effort, even in the park...that should be rewarded with a smile and a small tip, we think...We will definitely come more often...every time it is beautiful ❤️

The reception staff were nice and explained everything well. The lodge was in a very well-maintained condition and the location is of course exceptional. The facilities were also very sufficient.

Hut very, very simple and very narrow, so narrow and also poorly thought out with sockets, guesswork kettle in the very narrow bathroom, but mosquito nets on the windows ok. With stinky buses (double-deckers) through the animal areas in the evening, so that the animals are not emissions-free for too long. A family lives in each bus, as an evening caravan when animals are (hopefully) fed.

The last house in the complex...we sat on the terrace and watched the animals eat, rest and play. Simply brilliant. Unfortunately we had to wait until the next morning and shortly before we left for the giraffes. But it was absolutely worth it!!! Observing these majestic animals right in front of the lodge is unique. But we will definitely be back next year for the 50th anniversary
