Good room a bit far from the city. But very good standard of room and breakfast

We booked the hotel for one night. I was a little skeptical at first because of the previous reviews.We definitely can't understand this because we had a very nice room, clean and very large.The hotel is in a quiet location in an industrial area, meaning there is little going on here on weekends.Parking is no problem at all - either on the side of the road or free of charge in the hotel's own parking spaces (approx. 5 in front of the hotel or in the underground car park)You get a card for the underground car park and you pay a €20 deposit.The hotel entrance is very open, bright, part of an office building so that's positive too, so that you don't have a strange feeling even if you come here late in the evening.So well suited for a business trip or if you want to explore Düsseldorf.You can get to the main station in about 10 minutes by S-Bahn from Rheinpark Center S - so that works without any problems.The beds could be a bit more comfortable, but totally ok for a short stay.

I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. Everything was very unpleasant and dirty, holes in the wall. Unfortunately one star is still too many😡

If you still want to live here, there is my tips: Their staffs will stealing your bags in the restaurant and told you the camera was not working.

We arrived at 16.00. But our room was not ready. They gave us number 005.The ceilings are more than 3 m. The room is cold. At night it is definitely less than 18C. There are no light bulbs in the lamps.There are not enough curtains on the windows, the early dawn did not allow me to sleep well.No hairdryer, no ceiling in the bathroom and not even anywhere to hang a towel. And all this for 150€ per night. For all the “pleasures” it is very expensive. I don't recommend it.

They steal your bag

The room is clean and tidy, there are enough towels, even the bed linen is very clean. We spent one night in this hotel and we had nothing negative to say. The breakfast was delicious and varied.Also there is no negative comment,Saubers Zimmer, kostenlos Parkmöglichkeiten, ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet, ruhige lag, nur zum fehlen 👍🏻

I stayed there overnight for work reasons. The reception was friendly, but I had problems finding the parking spaces in the hotel's own underground car park because they were still marked under the old hotel name and I didn't know that.The cleanliness of the floor in the room could have been better (very dusty, several hairs).The bathroom and bed were impeccably clean.The rooms are well equipped (smart TV, iron, etc., but unfortunately there was no hairdryer).Unfortunately, the volume level was not pleasant in the morning hours. The windows of my room faced the entrance to the underground car park, which is apparently where the delivery takes place. In this respect, the beeping of the delivery vehicle was annoying.The breakfast was very simple and the selection was manageable.The service was mediocre. I forgot something in the room when I left. First of all, when I called the following day, I was told that housekeeping hadn't contacted me and therefore nothing had been left behind. But check again and get in touch the following day. Since no one answered the following day, I called again. I was told again that housekeeping hadn't contacted me. The room is currently occupied and you can't look. After several more calls and being told that the item must be in the room, they actually took a look and found it. Since I have a further journey, I asked whether the item could be sent to me (I immediately offered to send me an invoice for the service in advance). Here, too, I was assured that I would find out and get back to you. When I didn't hear anything here again, I wrote an email to which I received a reply four days later. At least I was able to pick up the item.I wish this process had gone a little more smoothly.Basically, the hotel is okay for an overnight stay and relatively cheap - but you have to make some compromises.
