We arrived as a larger group and all had the same impression, a great and, above all, clean hotel!Staff very friendly and helpful.Free parking behind the building.In the middle of the small town. A little louder but everything is within walking distance.The breakfast was also very good. Recommended!!

From the outside you think oh no. But the room was super clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast room was small but everything was available from rolls, bread, fruit and vegetables even Babybel. We'd love to come back.

The hotel is a little old, but the rooms have been beautifully and tastefully renovated. The door was a normal one with a beard lock and was a little noisy. Luckily there was a second door so you couldn't hear the other guests in the hallway. The breakfast was very lovingly prepared and hardly left anything missing.

We slept here one night after our visit to Serengeti Park Hodenhagen! Everything was very clean and great renovated rooms! Centrally located. All shops for daily use and also some restaurants within walking distance. Great breakfast buffet and nice owners! Please don't be put off by the exterior facade!

We spent one night there while passing through. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and the service. Even our little one's every wish was fulfilled. It goes without saying that breakfast was brought forward by half an hour for us. An absolute recommendation.

The StadtHotel Bad Fallingbostel impresses less with its external appearance than with its central location and its very, very friendly staff. :-) You can park behind the hotel if you drive into the parking lot at Rewe. The parking spaces are marked. :-) The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good. - Everything is wonderful! :-)

Staff was rude and rooms were not cleaned properly. In detail: On the day of our arrival the owner reached out to tell us that two of our rooms would not be available. He approved a late check-in (between 22:00-23:00), we reached out to ask for a number if it would be a bit later (due to traffic jams). First he used this as an argument why he wouldn’t offer us the rooms, afterwards it was due to technical reasons. He asked us to cancel the booking ourselves. We didn’t do that because 1) there were hardly any places with still four rooms available nearby and 2) we would have lost all support from our travel agency. We had to reach out to our travel agency to have a proper solution. The solution itself was decent (thanks to the interference of our travel agency, who asked the owner to provide rooms in another hotel nearby for the first night, for the second night we would be all together in the hotel). When we arrived for the second night, we expressed our disappointment about the hassle to move from one hotel to another, plus the fact that he notified us about this inconvenience on the day of our arrival. Sadly enough the hospitality and friendliness of the owner was simply non-existent. He started shouting “what more do you expect of me, you can leave now, there is the door”. This was in front of other guests and embarrassing. If I would have stayed there on my own and not with my family, I would have left. If I was the hotelmanager myself, I would have offered something to drink on the house or at least an apology for the inconvenience. We would remember this place completely different then. The rooms themselves weren’t great either. There was fungus in the bathroom, long hairs from a previous guest on the toilet seat and stains on the carpet.

Very nice room, good breakfast, nice staff. Unfortunately our room was facing the main street, quiet is something else. But otherwise everything was fine and absolutely okay for an overnight stay!

Anyone who thinks simply here is thinking too simply! Great modern rooms! Super nice and accommodating staff, great varied breakfast! You feel comfortable here. Thank you for working out the room at such short notice. We'll definitely see each other again
